| There was only one towel for the two of us at check in. That one was used that night and the next morning I asked for more and was refused by the maid due to her limited supply. I requested more from the desk, and they agreed to deliver two more, but never delivered them. Finally at check out I relayed my problems, but received no help, empathy, or regrets. I will never stay there again.

| It was your basic hotel, no frills, which we knew. It did offer quiet and we were glad for that. The continental breakfast was lacking, but we knew that going in. Just wish they would offer fruit and maybe muffins. A fridge in each room and a coffee maker would be excellent and something for them to consider. The pillows were extremely hard!

| This was our second stay at this hotel and we were somewhat disappointed. We booked a nonsmoking room and we smelled cigarettes upon entering the room. They did give us a new room however. The bathroom sink did not drain well in the second room although they did send someone from maintenance to fix it right away. Unfortunately it still didn't drain well. They did try to accomodate us and seemed to take our complaints to heart. The breakfasts were good and the bed was fairly comfortable. It was quiet and well located in regards to entertainment and eating establishments.

| The room stank (my wife calls it a musty smell). The shower didn't have enough pressure... just flowed down the wall. The carpet was filthy. The only ice maker that worked was on the third floor. But, it was very inexpensive. Cost sometimes justifies things.

| Found the Hotel to be clean. The shower was great with lots of presure. The bed was comfortable, not hard as in most hotel beds. The desk personal were friendly and helpful. The maid forgot to leave us clean washcloths but they had them at the front desk, which was unusual. When I got lost the front desk clerk knew exactly how to get me to the hotel with a minimum of trouble. They all knew where the various tourist places where and the fastes way to get there

| Booked a non smoking room, when first entered the room smell of cigarette smoke. Better after opening the window after a while. No more breakfast (everything is kept away) after 9:00am SHARP! Even there were some guests still eating. So make sure you get enough of what you want to eat before 9am. Only plus is it is quiet at night and the linen is clean.

The hotel is off the beaten path therefore it was quiet. The linens and towels need to be updated, they were very thin. Okay for the overnight traveler, just not one I would stay at again.

| This hotel was a very simple hotel. Could use better cleaning practices. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. It was pretty quiet. They should plan better on breakfasts. Only 1 toaster, always congested. Ran out of orange juice. Could serve fruit too. Beds are typical and temperture could be more standard. First too cold, then too warm. I would not pick this hotel again.

| I stayed here for 2 weeks and the Internet access worked well. Upon returning after a couple days the Internet access was very slow or didn't work. I even went back to my old room only to have it slow there as well. Two calls to technical support and two more calls to the front desk did not help the situation. Others told me they had the same problem. Overall this is a rather nice hotel for the price. It's like your typical motel built in the 70's. It can be noisy at times. Kids from a dance group were allowed to run in the halls without supervision and were screaming. The people next to me had a part. When I called the front desk they called up to the room twice with no result. A third call to the front desk resulted in the desk person suggesting I call the Buena Park police instead of having him threaten to have the partiers removed.

| We had to call maintenance because the smoke detector kept beeping. Two hours later they showed up only to say they didn't know how to fix it. I finally jimmy-rigged it with a rubber band just to get some sleep. The carpet was dirty. A few of us on my floor had to pass around 1 plunger because our toilets kept overflowing. Lastly, when we went to the desk to inquire about getting another room, the person we were talking to wouldn't quit eating her dinner, answering us with a mouth full of food.

| My three sons and I arrived late Wednesday night and were checked in without problems. The room was a standard size with a decent (and seperate)bathroom. The beds however were just 4inch pads on box springs. The next morning we went down for the complimentary continental breakfast - we orange juice, milk, coffee, toast, plain flakes for cereal, toast and small (out of a box) danishes - we opted to walk over to McD's instead. The maids would only leave 3 towels even though I kept getting more from the front desk. It was a convenient location and cheap - so I got what I paid for and it was sufficient.

| I have only one complain to this hotel is that the guests in the hotel were very noisy. It disturbed my sleep especially when they assigned my room to the corner. I have spent 7 days there and enjoyed the great location (close to freeway) and also their breakfast. They provide free bread, bagel and even cereal which is great that you don't need worry about the food in the beginning of a day. The room is clean and the service is quite good. Oh...remember to bring your own hair dryer if you need one.

| This place was okay and I've stayed in several places...The bathroom lite was fixed soon after we reported it was out and we had to get extra towels ourselves. Very quiet. Plenty of parking, but not walking distance to Knott's/Medieval Times, etc., takes about 5-10 minutes to arrive by car. Not sure if they have problems with vandalism, but there were SEVERAL signs in the parking lot posted about not being responsible for theft/damage. Beds were hard but clean, carpet was dirty though. Continental breakfast included donuts, bagels, cereal, coffee & orange juice, average hotel/motel breakfast. No vending machines, come prepared. Front desk very nice and accommodating. Overall, you get what you pay for...but with a smile.

The place also seemed to be sanitized and clean, which is great considering the fact that I'm a sanitary freak. No stains on the sheets, blankets or towels which is wonderful, even though I take my own for sanitary reasons. Good location and easy to find. Next to bars and alot of different eating locations. I would go back.

| Spent the day at Universal Studios; going to the Queen Mary the next day; needed a place to stay close to Long Beach (but not in Long Beach). This seemed okay and the price was definitely right. Nothing fancy here, but it was clean, and in a seemingly safe and quiet area. Good breakfast considering the price of the room. I would never visit Buena Park on purpose, but if I was traveling through and needed a cheap place to stay, I'd definitely stay here again. Make sure you get anything you need early on. There is only a liquor store or two open late at night.
