| This is a quiet hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. I was surprised at how relaxing and comfortable this hotel is. I've stayed at other hotels in New Haven and while, this one might not look the best and have the most modern amenities, I slept like a baby every night I was there. If you don't mind "old world" charm and want to stray off the beaten path of sterile hotel chains, give this place a try.

| the staff at this hotel was comparable to my stays at world class hotels. The rooms were tastefully decorated but in need of thorough cleaning as my room smelled of human overuse. Clothe furniture is charming but stiks when not properly cared for. The same is the case for the carpets.Again the staff and food were amazing; the hotel just needs a thorogh cleaning.

| It is a perfect hotel if you are visiting your Yale student-% minutes from enywhere on the campus .walking distance to restaurants ,Starbuck ,shopping for Yale gifts and art galeries.It is only 10-15 min. drive to the New Haven airport.It is an older hotel but comfortable .
