| Could not find the sign from the road. The hotel is very well hidden. Had to wait at the desk for service, a couple of times the front desk was unmanned. The desk clerk was was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Maids came knocking way too early. No vending service on the floors. All in all a nice hotel, well priced, a little inconvenient to restaurants etc. Bed was way too soft!

| The reputation of the hotel chain and it's proximity to the airport were my main factors for choosing this property. As we arrived, we remarked about the "niceness" of the hotel. The check in clerk was very efficient ~ even providing directions to the airport. When we reached our room, the room was clean and fairly spacious. However, there was a wedding in the hotel on the night of our stay, and unfortunately, the hallways were noisy as well as the guests in the other rooms around us. We requested that the staff try to do something about the noise ~ it was late and we had an early plane out the next morning. They informed us that they couldn't do anything but offer another room. We agreed, and to our surprise we were given a handicapped room. It was horrible!! The room was unclean and the bathroom was just as dirty. We had been mislead ~ under different circumstances, I think our stay might have been better. My advice is to ask questions about special events before making reservations.

| This hotel had very comfortable beds/rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. A bit hard to find. The charge for the water was a very dissappointing surprise. If you don't mind being in a corporate park (which I found to be really strange) it's a clean comfortable place to stay, easy to get into Boston.

| The hotel is located about 28 miles from downtown Boston. It's a good deal for the price, however if you are planning on using the pool, it is very small and you will not be able to enjoy it.

| Few issues I faced with the hotel.... 1) No proper sign board from route 3 till the hotel. Had to search all the way in Concord road, finally called the hotel and found the place....No proper directions!!! 2) Receptionist was not friendly.... 3) Called the room service to get some sugar packs, but no one picked the phone. Had to walk down to the cafeteria to get them. Good things.... Away from the city traffic and situated in a lonely place...Good privacy.

| The front desk personnel were neither attentive nor helpful during check-in on two different occasions. Actually, they weren't very welcoming at all. All other staff were friendly and accommodating. Would suggest area maps be available-a standard expectation of business travelers.

| This was my secomnd stay at this hotel. I went back because for the money I was extremely impressed. The front desk clerks are very pleasant..the hotel is extremely comfortable. the only problem I had was very minor..people walking by in the hall speaking loudly..this lasted for about 5 mins..other than that ,Yes ,I will be going back..

| If you have business off Rt3 aroud 495, this is not a bad place to stay. The dining room and bar staff are rough. The kitchen is very slow. Food is OK.
