| This hotel gem is located in an ex-convent. It is a beautiful example of Puebla's famous architecture and talavera tiles. We enjoyed a great courtyard view, along with a view of the top of a cathedral, from our windows. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean, but the shower set-up wasn't the best, as water frequently spilled onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely return.

| The place is beautiful, the cleanliness is very good, it's located in the heart of the center. The only bad thing is that the buffet for the breakfast is not too varied.

| Main building has large rooms with very high ceilings, pretty tile bathrooms, nice furnishings, rooms on patios. Adjoining building has rooms that are pleasant but not as roomy.

| Uncomfortably cold in restauants in January. Rooms lacked adequate closet and drawer space. No tourist information or amenities. Lots of atmosphere, beautiful antiques. Would probably be better in summer.

| The facility was beautiful and strategically located for the sites. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. What more could you want? A first class house.
