If you like your room infested with ants and an indifferent staff, then this is the place for you.

I booked this hotel for my boss. He was very satisfied with his stay. The first thing he said to me when we talked during his stay was "this place is awesome".

DO NOT let them put you on the "train" side of the building unless you're on one of the top couple floors. The hotel is a former train station next to train tracks. Trains run ALL NIGHT. Also, be sure to determine UP FRONT how much the fixed price dinner is at the in-hotel resturant. Some people i travelled with were a but surprised when they got the check, that the bill was over $100 per person for dinner.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out and the service is efficient and accomadating. They also serve a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price and the food was great.

This is a two star hotel in a four star historic building. Go see the building but don't waste your money staying there. The lobby was muggy and hot, there is no one to help with baggage, no conceirge, the front desk clerks are indifferent and the food mediocre.

This is a beautiful hotel that is not child-friendly. Housekeeping fell short by not restocking the room for our second night's stay adequately. Again, gorgeous hotel. Go with grown-ups.

This hotel was great...from the magnificent lobby to the bedrooms w/ 20 foot ceilings. Great bedding. Close to the world famous "Tootsies" and downtown Nashville. The only setback was that they charge you for internet access in your room. That is a little archaic considering most quality hotel give it to you for free.

Perfect hotel for business travelers that need easy access to the downtown area and interstates. Great hotel for leisure as well. Close to fine dining and many great Nashville attractions such as the Frist Center and Gaylord Entertainment Center.

I was in Nashville for 2 nights on business. Loved the hotel and staff. The valet service was wonderful and prompt. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The room was wonderful- everything I needed and more. The staff was very responsive and when I needed my car at a time the valet wasn't on duty - they still had it within 3-4 minutes of my phone call. I was asked if I needed anything every time I walked in and out of the hotel. It was great! I would definately stay there again.

The hotel is a renevated train depot where as soon you enter enter you imagine the activity that when on there decades ago. The rooms are nice but some times oddly shaped due to the remodeled nature of the building. There are several hotels of similarly high quality in the area, but if you want to remember your stay, this is the place to go.

We called to let them know that we would need a late check-in. We had reserved a roon with a king-size bed in it. We registered and were told which room was ours for the night. When we got to the room, it only had a full-size bed in it. We called down to the desk to inquire and she just stated that was all she had. She wasn't very blaise about it. There was only one other room left and that had a full bed in it also. We were very disappointed adn very uncomfortable. the bed was too short for me (at 6'4").

Not the best place I have stayed, but nice enough. The bed was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. Would of been better with a room not on the road side.
