The hotel was really nice and in a great location. The town Lake path is out the door. We did have an issue with a strong odor in our room, but the situation was remedied. I would stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located to the entertainment district and easy to get to from the airport. Having the riverwalk access right in front of the hotel was great. Though I wasn't there during the bat season, the hotel patio would be a perfect spot to view the evening flights of the bats. I also liked the complimentary morning paper.

The hotel was nice, but the pool wasn't that great. Stay somewhere with a better location or maybe somewhere that doesn't charge you $10 a day for parking. It was all right, but if you're looking for a good 4-star hotel, stay somewhere else. It was pretty blah.

Great location - close to downtown, but not in the middle of the city. Nice gym, good view of the city, comfortable rooms.

I never been to Austin, and I thought by paying top dollar for a premium hotel would be the way to go for a new years eve trip. The biggest disappointed was the fact there were no amenities such as a spa for a massage. I expected more.

My room was damp and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was very flat and hard and the decor was quite dated. The hotel was loud as all rooms opened into an atrium type design and I could hear the people in the bar on the 1st floor from my room on the 7th floor.

The bar and lounge were very comforting with chips and salsa available during happy hour. The openness of the interior led to an increased noise level in the evening but it didn't last too long and it didn't stop me from enjoying the view and my stay. This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to most dining and entertainment but the view, the parking, and the facilites make the little extra effort worth it.

The room smelled like...febreze mixed in with whatever they tried to cover up. Terrible. No hotel fridge, no amoire, and very uncomfortable beds. Speaking of beds, I reserved a king size bed one month before our stay and we did not receive one.
