| We loved the Wyndham's location on the beach and the hotel staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The new pool and waterslide are great...especially with kids. We had a beautiful bay view, however the room and bathroom were just OK. We would definitely go back and bring our son next time.

| Beautiful hotel with three private beaches and a water ride for all ages. Hospitality gets an A+ even though I had to wait for my room

| The food was terrible and the prices were extreme. Not enough value for the money. There was no drink or ice machines on our floor. No mini-bar in room in case of sickness. Not enough selections on the menus. No one smiled or was helpful except bell people. No night life.

| It was really just ok! I wouldn't go back there, but it's not a bad location if you have kids and don't really want to deal with city life. Pretty close to Horseshoe Bay (great beach)- other than that, eh.

| The resort is about a 30 min bus ride from downtown Hamilton, and about 45 mins from the airport. Two things make this resort stand out, in my opinion: it is one of the few (maybe the only) hotels/resorts with direct beach access, meaning the beach is just steps from the hotel. Other hotels have access to the beach, but are often located across the street or up on a hill, requiring the guest to either take a shuttle to the beach or take a significant walk. The second feature is the small, but rather elaborate water park connected to the hotel's pool area (only for guests). It is a perfect place for families with small children. The pool, the water park and the beach are all about 50 feet from each other, making it convenient for kids or varying ages. The rooms aren't the most elaborate I've been in, but then again, if you're going to Bermuda, I hope you don't plan on spending alot of time in the room.

| Hotel is set on beach so there is no need to travel to other beaches or be restricted to pools. It is convenient to Horseshoe Beach. Enjoyed the size of the hotel - about 180 rooms. Only downsize is limited on-site dining options.

| Keeping in mind what Hurricane Fabian damaged and being somewhat sympathetic....we just returned from the Wyndham, at arrival were quite disappointed with our room that was supposed to be a Bayview. For the cost the room condition and view was fair at best, however the beautiful grounds made up for it. The waterpark pool was a blast, and the beaches are beautiful. The location on the Island is also very good.

| I stayed at the Wyndham from 4/14-4/21/06. This was the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel. This stay was better than our first. I requested and received a renovated room this time. This was a big improvement over last year's unrenovated room although, oddly enough, both times our air conditioning did not work. I'm beginning to think that the hotel does not, in fact, have air conditioning. The best part of the hotel is the fact that they have a wonderful newly built water park for kids. In Bermuda there is virtually nothing to entertain young children (mine are 6 & 7), so this water park is a MUST. My kids wanted to spend every moment there, and because the hotel is so family friendly (and has this water park) there were MANY children, so they made lots of friends and were constantly on the go. This gave my husband and I a chance to get some much needed rest. The hotel overall is nice and I would stay there again as long as my children are young. If, however, you are traveling without children you might want to consider a 4 star hotel with more "grown up" amenities.

| The restaurant and rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. Brunch was excellent! The hotel was only partially open when we were there (no shops open, pool not yet heated, etc.) I wish that we had been told that this would be the case before we arrived.

| The Hotel was very impressive in the lobby BUT our room was very dated. Not the standard that we were expecting for a wyndham hotel. We felt as if we had been tricked. Our room seemed to be a "MOTEL" standard, not Hotel. When we ask about a better room they tried to sale us on the view (which was very nice) but we wanted comfort more than view. The breakfast was horrible. Hey but the lobby was post card perfect.

| We had a beachside room with walkout from the room. Great lawn area to play catch with the kids or walk and explore the beach/rocks. Water park addition is wonderful for kids. Not a huge park, but 2 slides to go down and a separate area for little kids. Good restaurants and nice personnel. Wish there was a coffee shop though.

| My husband and I just returned from a week at the Wyndham Resort. Out third stay there . It was badly damaged by a hurricane a few years ago, but everything is just about back to normal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The dining room serves a fabulous breakfast as well as delicious dinners...really lovely. The views are breathtaking. Not stuffy. I would recommend it for location and for kids!
