| I would definitely go back. Excellent location along Fort Myers Beach with all of the amenities included. Clean room, pool, and facilities.

| We will be going back! Check in is at 3pm, we got there at 1pm, they were ready for us, which was great, especially with a 2 and 4 yr old! The beds were soooo comfortable and the kids felt like they were home. THe manatees are no lie, 2 in our bay. The beach, 5 minute walk, the sand very nice!

| Rooms very spacious & clean. Staff I met in office were very knowledeable about restaurants in area. The air conditioning worked efficiently and the rooms were fresh smelling and pleasnt. The kitchen and appliances were well maintained. Beds very comfortable, the linens weere of good quality and ample amounts were supplied. The horizontal blinds were old and tired looking, but clean and in good working order. The disappointment was the lack of view to the water, but your prices were competitive.

| While it's not directly on the water, this resort/condo has everything you would need for a longer stay. It was well maintained and equipped. We were only there for one night (4th of July) ut eveything worked well and was cleaner and better kept than many resort area hotels. I would recommend this as a good family place at a reasonable rate.
