| Lobby was clean and attractive. Front desk staff, friendly and helpful. Overall, room was clean. There was a little mold on the rubber seal on the frig. --otherwise, room was attractive, clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. Location is just off the highway. Ask for a room on the back, near the pool. Drawback, people coming and going throughout the night. We only stayed one night. Not ideal for long vaction/stay.Also, close to Sam's club, rest., and shopping Center. Area like suburbs, not intercity of Jacksonville. Location however is crowded,surrounded by 2-3 other motels. Hotel has exterior room access. Excellent experience with this location for one night stay.

| The hotel was old and in poor shape. It looked like in came straight from the TX show "Earl"!
