| This hotel was great -- clean, comfortable, and good amenities, including a pool, gift shop, bar, restaurant, and workout room. It had everything we needed, and it was close [but not too close] to I-405, the airport, and a shopping mall! The only tiny problem we had was that we had to call twice to get a light bulb replaced. Other than that, I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

| Because it was a busy weekend there was a mixup between charges on 2 rooms I reserved. Not only was it rectified efficiently - the receptionist uttered a phrase I thought was long forgotten: "I accept responsibility for the error and will take care of it." The entire staff I had contact with, from room cleaners to dining staff (especially the morning breakfast crew), were friendly and helpful.

| The staff were fine and the location was great for our purposes (a one night stop-over). I would use the place again for that purpose as the price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. With the free airport shuttle it was really reasoanble. It would have helped if we had liked the room.

| I stayed here in June 2005 for 6 nights. It was very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed like it was very new. The room was very clean and all items were newer. The location is awesome... right off of 405 freeway and 5 miles or so from the beaches. The pool was clean and big enough that it never seemed crowded. The hotel restaurant was very good too. The only thing someone might complain about would be the freeway noise. It did not bother me though. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean, modern, convenient hotel.

| We were unable to get the king size bed we requested and the first non-smoking room we were shown was obviously used for smoking. At our request we were taken to a different room and it was very nice - two double beds. The staff at the hotel were generally very helpful and pleasant. We stayed for a week while visiting our daughter and found it very easy to get around from this location, the staff were great at giving directions. Maxi's Bistro was a nice surprise for an early bird dinner - good price and well prepared food.

| Had an accident in front of hotel - hit by another hotel guest - front desk supervisor upgraded room and gave us breakfast - turned a negative experience into a positive one:)

| One of the best ones I've stayed at in L.A and I've stayed at plenty. Nice, welcoming staff, very helpful. Great location, by the Fox Hills Mall off the freeway.

| Front desk was polite and helpful. Good room Bad points: remote was low on battery and the water in the tub was draining very slowly causing it to stagnate. It did not bother me cos I was staying only for one night.

| Decent hotel with a nice swimming pool. Location is good, near LAX, not far from Santa Monica, a little traffic if you going to downtown during rush hours. Fox hill Mall nearby. Not a bad choice for business trip stay.

| The only way we could sleep at night was with the airconditioner at full speed, to cover the noise of the freeway all night! The location is a bit out of the way of everything, except the LAX airport. If you like a good night's sleep, don't stay there! Otherwise the hotel was fine.

| Very clean and safe. Staff were around throughout the evening watching corridors and parking lot- not that it's in a dangerous neighborhood- it was quite quite and nice-but they went the extra mile.

| First hotel ever that had a decent mattress for someone like me with back problems. Would sleep there again anytime!!In room AC/heater was fairly quiet. Some hotels the units are so loud and clanky you can't get to sleep. Mine was OK

| This hotel is great for guests on business-related travel-- Alarm clocks and irons with ironing boards in every room! My room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable.

| I felt like we couldn't get much help with car rental, conceirge service, and anything regarding service. We ccouldn't hook up our lap top because systems were"down." Very unsatisfied

| My family stayed at this hotel in January 2004 and September 2004. Both times we were impressed with the condition of the hotel, the price and the high level of customer service. Very close to the 405 freeway, LAX, shopping and the beach without the overhead airplane noise. We will stay here each time we visit the Los Angeles area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

| The bathrooms are being remodeled and the new bathrooms and the executive level are great. The older bathrooms are not so good, but are being remodeled. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was extremely accomodating, from escorting me to find the perfect room to loaning a scissors when needed. Will definately stay again. Not happy that the parking is 10.00/day for the guests, but part of staying in LA I guess.
