| Excellent staff. Needs to have better training on medical facilities near by as I needed an urgent care center and they were unable to locate the one 10 miles up the road in Lebanon. Breakfast was wonderful. We will stay there again.

| The hotel was very accommodating with us checking in so late--it was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel---our Hershey experience was great!

| From the time you check in until the time you check out you will be pleased the accomadations that await you! The rooms are kept in great condition, the price is right and it is only a hop, skip and a jump to the area attractions!

| Nestled in a cozy spot, ducks in a creek by the hotel,it was a beautiful setting. The hotel staff was exceptionally polite and very friendly and helpful. Generally I have difficulty sleeping in hotels, but not here. The beds were very comfortable. Like sleeping at home. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

| We were very pleased with the Comfort Inn. It was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a great value. Breakfast buffet was good and the hotel was very convenient to Hersheypark.

| Pretty nice hotel. I've stayed there previously (seven years ago) and was hoping it was still in decent condition. It was. The pool is pretty nice, but gets crowded at night. It's a little difficult to spot the entrance to the hotel. The ducks in the parking lot are always a treat for little kids. I would stay there again.

| When I first told my family we were staying at the Comfort Inn, they were not excited. However, they were pleasantly surprised at how elegant the hotel looked. It had an "old school" appeal with many modern conveniences such as internet availability in the lobby area and a nice sized heated indoor pool. The rooms were very comfortable. The suite is very suitable for a larger family because of the kitchenette and the "pull out" bed and tv.

| After traveling for 10 hours, I expected my room to be ready by 6:30 pm. It wasn't-Until I complained a bit and it magically was ready. The next day we returned to our room at 7:00 pm and it was not cleaned. Their excuse was that they were short staffed. Not our problem! Step it up! We made it known to the front office and the day after it was cleaned. Overall, I was a bit disappointed, but the breakfast and the pool made the stay bearable.

| Great Location off main hwy, Beautiful Pool, Duck Pond, Clean and Comfortable. One of the best complimentary breakfasts. Very basic though, don't forget any toiletries, they don't have any available (not even to buy), and the front desk is more interested in their personal phone calls than servicing you. But the hotel itself is great. And on EXPEDIA, we got a terrific value. I highly recommend it!

| The front door sill is very slippery when wet. The hotel staff payed little attention to the wet step and hardly went to the one lady who actually fell on the marble door step. All of the lower hall to elevator was also slippery. Other wise great.

| This was a great place to stay. Everything was in good condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and served in a clean and welcoming setting. We'll be back.

| The only part about the hotel I didn't like was, the bathroom had mold around the tub. That irked me! The staff was friendly, the room was set up nice but the bathroom could've been cleaner!

| My sister and I recently spent the weekend to get away for the Christmas holidays and finish up our shopping. I had read several of the reviews and was far more impressed than I had hoped. Our room was very clean, looked recently updated and refurbished. The front desk staff was very helpful in providing local information and the cont. breakfast was more than enough to start our day. I highly recommend staying here.

| The hotel was wonderful in every way. They helped find a restaurant open late at night and changed our room with the other rooms were a bit noisy. The receptionists were personable and friendly. I sure would go back there.

| I enjoyed this hotel very much. My children enjoyed it even more since it had an indoor pool. It was located less than 5 minutes from the Hershey attractions and less than 2 minutes from restaurants.

| Nice clean rooms and a happy staff. Parking an issue only becuase there is no back door, so if you do end up in the back of the hotel lot, you have to walk around the side to get into the building. Also, do not let the picture fool you- this hotel is surrounded by major roads, but this does make it easy to get to. Lots of stores and restaurants around. LOVE THE DUCKS!

| While in Hershey, we struggled with transportation. The hotel staff was helpful. I also appreciate the fridge, iron and microwave in the room! I also really liked the duck pond next to the hotel. We visited in January and the ducks still lived there. They ate next to my feet. Overall, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the value for the money we paid. The hotel is also close to a grocery store so we could by food and keep it good in the fridge.

| My family and I absolutely loved it. The Hotel is beautiful. We were only minutes away from restaurants, gas station with convient store, department store and the attractions. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the continental breakfast. We have stayed here twice and it will be the only place we stay when we visit again. I was definitely happy will my stay.
