| I have stayed at several Hyatt hotels and have found them to be comfortable and in good condition. This one is the exception to that rule. It is not a modern hi-rise building, but a collection of 1960's-era 2-story buildings. The buildings are old and mine smelled of mildew and had peeling paint in the entryway. One old, small elevator provided access to the second floor. Three or more people with luggage cannot fit into it. In my room, there was a small table with a lamp and a printer for business use, but no wall outlets nearby to plug-in my laptop or cell phone charger. I had to unplug the lamp in order to use the printer and my laptop at the same time- not very convenient after dark. On the plus side, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was clean, had a good selection of entrees on the menu, and the food was very good. All-in-all, however, my stay was less than what I expected from a Hyatt.

| This was a great hotel with nice courtyard, pool and exercise room about 15 - 20 years ago. It is campus style, low to the ground, but abuts a busy section of town. The hotel is definitely dated. Don't overpay or you'll be disappointed!

| I do not travel constantly but this trip made me realize I travel more than I thought and have become accustomed to some basic types of atmosphere. I had thought Hyatt Hotels were a bit more upscale than this location turned out to be. It really had the feeling of a former motel with a few attempts at decor to transform it into a "hotel". But walking upstairs to the second floor and realizing others could get into the hallway (door was propped open) did not feel safe, the hallway walls were scuffed, marked up and not too clean. Unlike a hotel where room access if granted once you enter the main building and take an elevator to your floor. The shower was very small and cramped. I think they should invest in the shower curtain rods that extend outside the tubline to make the shower feel roomier. Cheap pictures on the wall added to the impression they were trying to update their decor but did not put in the right effort. And there were some spots on the walls, or scuff marks again that gave the impression a lot of people had previously been there and used the room. Not the most clean feeling. The bathroom had a musty smell as well.

| This hotel is on a nice property but is spread out and a bit worn. We felt that our neighbors were in our room. Conversations , phones , cell phones were all easily heard. The TV remote did not work ,but after 3 calls to the desk I gave upgetting it fixed.

| An older property with smaller rooms and baths. Very courteous personnel. Very clean and well maintained. A good value if the price is right.

| Hotel is in dire need of some upgrades. Air conditioner in room was very noisy, carpet pretty worn but room was a nice size, price very affordable and location is excellent. Amalfi's restaurant has excellent food but breakfast is way over priced. Would like to have a restaurant to get a sandwich, soup, etc rather than a full meal. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.

| The hotel has seen its day. The pool area was beautiful with lots of flowers and seemed clean. But the rest of the grounds, with small outlying buidlings not in use, and rubbish and broken shutters, etc. laying around spoiled the ambiance. Also, coffee was over $2 a cup outside the restauirant--outrageous. Sheets on beds were too short, didn't even tuck in under the mattress at foot of bed!

| I was unimpressed with the Hotel, it was clean enough, and had plenty of hot water for showers and all that, but most of the TV channels were fuzzy, and there was someones room service tray left outside my room from at least 4:00pm (when I went to drop stuff in my room) until 8:00 the next morning when I left for work ... and that was after I called when I got back to the room at 11:30 the night before to inform them of the mess.

| Hotel wasn't terrible, but it wasn't what I expected from the Hyatt name. It was a bit run down, and my room was small and uncomfortable. It is close to many major highways and the airport, though. Overall, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.
