| This was a great locaton close to the minor league baseball park. Close to Airport and freeway. Very quiet and clean. Excellent free breakfast buffet. Nice pool and grounds. Very comfortable bed. We are already planning another visit and will choose this hotel. In greater Albuquerque, we had a BAD experience at Gruet Winery and Gruet Steakhouse but that is a diffrent story. Avoid any place that says "Gruet". Nice time at the Sandia Casino and the Zoo and aquairum were great. Will stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

| We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and courteous. The hotel room was in good shape and comfortable. The pool is a little small but we enjoyed it on a hot day. The free breakfast buffet was excellent - can't beat it for the price. The only problem was that there is no elevator for the second floor rooms and that was a pain with all our luggage. The building doors are secured with key card readers which were old and finicky sometimes which was frustrating when you are in a hurry.

| While I wouldn't say it was one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in, I think that we certainly got more than our money's worth at their very reasonable rates. Extremely convenient to the airport and UNM both, but still plenty quiet. The free breakfast was surprisingly good as well.

| We got down to the restaurant too late for the free breakfast (after 10:30 am), but since we had an info card in our room that gave the old breakfast hours (served until 11 am), the kitchen staff let us order whatever we wanted. Great service.

| I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It was close to the airport and convenient for all of the attractions we were interested in going too. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful--with directions to a variety of locations, as well as, recommendations for area activities. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and included hot foods. The hotel is older, so if you are looking for a brand new flashy hotel, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a comfortable bed and pleasant staff, look no furthur! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

| The hotel is very convenient when we're conducting business in Albuquerque. It has very good access to the airport, the airbase, the University and other conference sites. AUI has good access to arterial streets, I25 and I40, with clear advantages when visiting Old Town, museums and other diversions. Most of our customers and vendors are acquainted with the hotel, making some meetings more convenient for our party. The staff has a solid and courteous customer service approach. A great touch is the breakfast buffet, which is as good as any four-star hotel, and it's FREE! Since it is convenient, less time is spent starting up the business day. The pool is great, according to the family. During the height of the day, when it can get toasty in New Mexico, the kids and wife can relax outdoors in the cool of the pool while we're wrapping up businesss. The price/performance of AUI is without peer anywhere.

| Close to the Albuquerque Airport and convenient to the rest of the city. The door to my room was warped so badly that people in the hall could almost see in, but the room was acceptable otherwise. During my stay, the restaurant was open for a free breakfast buffet, but closed for lunch and dinner. The only option for dinner was to eat from a limited menu in the lounge.

| Located just a few blocks off I-25, this hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds (I have back problems but slept just fine), proximity to the airport, yet is only fifteen minutes from downtown or the University. The staff are helpful and friendly and there is the added security measure of room key activated access to the residence hallways.

| I am on a pretty strict budget from my employer when it comes to hotels, so am always looking for good deals when on work trips. I was definitely impressed with this hotel, especially considering it was one of the lowest priced ones on the site. As some of the other reviews say, the free breakfast is outstanding compared to the pastries and cereal you'll get at other hotels. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns... the whole nine yards. Yes, the rooms could use some updating. New carpet and drapes would go a long way. The lobby is very nice, and the rooms don't quite measure up. One good thing for me, being over six feet tall, is that the shower head was actually designed for a normal sized human instead of hitting me in the middle of the back like those at a lot of places. I would definitely stay here again if in Albuquerque.

| The Airport University Inn is convenient to both UNM and the airport and the staff is attentive and friendly, the overall condition of the grounds is excellent...the rooms however are tired and scared from what appears to be years of neglect. | The hotel has a main building and 2 nearby buildings that are part of the hotel, we stayed in the main building. The room was clean and well kept. We had another person w/us that stayed in one of the nearby hotel buildings, his room seemed a little smaller and had an older air conditioner that didn't seem to work as well as ours did. I would recommend staying in the main building. Their free breakfast was very good it was a full buffet breakfast supplied from the nearby resturant. Overall, this was a very nice hotel to stay at and I would recommend it to others.

| Adequate accomodations, but the bedding needs to be updated. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms could use some updating but was satisfactory. Only complaint would be the beds/pillows & the smoke smell in hallway. Room was clean. Very fair price. There's alot to do & see in ALB & surrounding area, so we were not in the room other than to sleep & shower. Good & instant hot water in showers. Pool & spa looked very nice. Grounds were pretty. Overall we were satisfied & would return.

| I choose this hotel because it was the only affordable one in the part of the city that I needed to stay in that had a pool and a fitness room. Also, there is a pretty good free breakfast. The downside is that it was a bit old and dirty. The carpet in the room had stains all over, and so did some of the lamp shades. There were no "Do Not Disturb" signs available to put on the doors, so Housekeeping woke us up every morning by banging on the door at 8 or 9 am. Another problem is that the restaurant on-site closes very early and there are no vending machines.

| A good budget hotel. A little worn but clean. Only problem was that my non smoking room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in the carpet and the drapes. Cleaning crew had cleaned the room nicely but did not remove the strong smell of smoke from the room. Also lounge closes early at 10:00pm. wanted a drink before bed but was unable to get one.

| I can't say enough about the breakfast!! You must ask about it, they don't offer the information up front, but it was wonderful! The room was cozy for a family. I liked the security to get into the area where the rooms were located. If you're staying for more than 3 days don't forget to go by and get your key reprogrammed; that was a little frustrating. When it's late you just want to go to bed, not go back to the front desk to get a key reprogrammed, but that was the only inconvenience the entire stay! Our family will go back!

I ended up placing my keys on the desk and leaving so I wouldn't miss my plane - I told them they would have to bill me. The main reason I would stay here again is airport access.

The crib was rickety and really unsafe. When my daughter pulled down the bedspread, the sheets were filthy and their was a cigarette hole in the bedspread. The hotel staff quickly made a room change and brought another newer crib that was very nice. The staff made the difference! The property is well maintained and the breakfast is superb.
