| It is the best deal among the hotels around O'Hare airport. My only complaint is that the cable tv had only about a dozen channels.

| My biggest priority in picking the hotel was location. Everyone always wants to stay downtown because of the convenience. Though this hotel is not near downtown, I found that it still allowed me to travel independently even though I did not rent a car (though if you do rent a car, you can park at the hotel for free). The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. This is important because from the airport you can pick up the subway system and get downtown for very little cost. I was in Chicago for 3 days so I bought a 3 day pass that saved me money since I got unlimited rides on public transportation (bus and subway). The hotel is also located near a Chili's, a Krispy Kreme, a Target, a Subway, and another sandwich shop, all within walking distance--this was awesome for me! The gym has 4 cardio machines and some free weights, which was satisfactory, and a pool which I never used since it was a bit chilly. There was one computer in the lobby that you could get onto the internet with, and at times it was occupied, but never for very long. If you bring your own laptop, there is wireless service available. I never ate at the hotel, but it is available though a bit pricey for my taste. The room I stayed in even had a cute little balcony. All in all, a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

| Bathroom very small, very low water pressure in room. I was placed in a musty smoking floor even after I had asked specifically for non-smoking. Staff are great and the shuttle to O'Hare and the El train is very convenient.

| Everything from the decor to the cleanliness of The room was excellent. We had a sleep number bed that was very comfortable and the bed linens were also luxurious and trendy. A feather tic and lots of pillows, both feather and fiber-filled were both available. It is located literally 2 miles from the airport and the free shuttle runs every half hour. I wish we could have stayed longer. Friendly service too!

| Hotel was great location to allstate arena. I would stay there again for that reason. If I was trying to impress this is not the place but very good for basic room in great location for great price.
