| Room was everything that we expected. The weather was warmer than we expected and our air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool. We never reported it to the staff, we just opened the door/windows. It was however, clean,nice,comfortable and romantic. The kitchenette was nice after a full day in Yellowstone. The pool was surprisingly warm and clean for the off season. We had a wonderful stay!

| The in-room freezer didn't work (lost a pint of ben and jerrys), the air conditioner was on the fritz, and there was major construction projects on three sides of the hotel. With that in mind, it was still a pretty good hotel at a very affordable price (in the early spring "off-season")

| We went in the off season. The exterior of the hotel isn't that nice, and the pool/hot-tub didn't look very inviting either. We liked our room, but like most hotels the walls were thin, and we had some loud neighbors that woke us up one morning pretty early and blared their music during the day. We called the front desk, who promptly called our neighbors and told them to quiet down. Our room was decorated very nicely and we liked our kitchenette. The housekeeper will even do your dishes!

| Clean hotel, with spacious rooms, nothing fancy. Great location close to the lift. Good restaurants in the hotel (better than average). I recommend it.

| Nice place but too far from the lifts to carry equipment. Be sure to rent a locker at the lift area so you don't have to carry your ski boots and skis 100 yard. Lockers are $10 a day.

| The hotel staff was awsome! My Diesel truck would not start in the morning and the staff made arrangements for me to plug in to the building. They went the extra mile for me and my new Fiancée! (Yes we got engaged that weekend.)

| We really liked staying at the Best Western Inn at Jackson Hole. They upgraded our room for free. I think it was due to not having alot of guests. The room was sparkling and perfect for a weekend getaway!

| This hotel was amazing! Don't be spooked by the cheap price. Very clean, the staff was very friendly and the views were breath taking. Mid October is a great time to go if you do not like crowds. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. Can't wait to go back.

| Hello- I am not normally overly thrilled with Best Western but this inn was nice. The staff was very friendly and our room was kept very clean. They even did the dishes for us. I would recommend it for certain.

| The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the "Vertical" restaurant food was excellent. We visited in October, it was not crowded, the parks were beautiful this time of year. Overall we rate this hotel as excellent and would defintely go back and recommend it to a friend.

| We went in the off season before Memorial Day so some of the restaurants were not open. Hotel has a beautiful location but is seven miles outside of the town of Jackson.

| Hotel was in a good location. The food there was expensive and not that impressive but the scenery made up for it. The tramway and the shops, hiking, horseback riding and gliding made up for the so-so accomodations. we were so tired out from all the activity we could have slept on a board. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. Would go back

| We stay in the delux room. The room was Nice, clean and new. It also has the decoration and rustic feelings as seen in the ski resort, best " Best Wester" ever!

| Wonderful Hotel. We went during the off-season (apparently early Spring and late Fall are both off-seasons). The hotel was empty which left a lot of time to simply enjoy the Jackson/Teton scenery. However, many restuarants, including the hotel restaurant, was closed. I guess the great off-season pricing comes with some drawbacks. The room was great and the hotel staff pleasant in our interactions.

| We were genuinely impressed with this hotel. It surprised us though that the front desk staff were not friendly, discourteous and just plain rude. We would stay here again but just know we wouldn't be greeted with a smile when we check in. The Tetons are one of the most AWESOME places on this earth!
