| The hotel beds were the best part, as they were really comfortable. Room cleaning was somewhat lacking on a couple of days with no new glasses or clearing of some garbage and forgetting to replace the same number of towels they removed. The big thing is it is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel. The pool is small, the restaurant is geared towards business people and the guest services are not focused on offering a great deal of LA area recommendations, only Manhatten beach restaurants. Not good views of anything except jet landing approaches and car rental agencies.

| Only spent a night at this hotel , but it was very nice. Shuttle service was available to and from airport which was a plus. Room was nice and clean.. not much of a view, but it was very close to the airport.

| We were there 1 night coming home from a mission in Mexico. We rented 3 rooms with 3 kids in each one. The front desk and maids were very helpful. Hint---Don't try and take a 12 passenger van into the parking garage---they scrape the cement beams.

| Itruly enjoyed my stay at the Westin and will choose it again when I travel to Los Angeles. The customer service was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable and the lobby/bar/restaurant area very nice. I have stay in several hotels in that area and found that the Westin was by far, the best.

| This is by far the best hotel near the airport that we've stayed, even though it's so close you sleep so well. Everything is clean and the hospitality is just wonderful. The best thing next to getting a good night sleep is the food, room service is great! (room service is a bit pricey but worth every penny)

| With the Westin's great reputation, this one was a little lackluster. It was just okay. Shuttle service to the airport is a little slow. If you need to get there in a hurry, it is better to hail a cab - or leave extra time for the shuttle to make all it's stops.

| The hotel itself was really nice, staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and made my birthday trip extra special. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that if you plan on spending a lot of time in Hollywood or Beverly Hills- its a bit of a stretch in driving....Not as close as I would have liked. But the hotel- wonderful, not a bad thing to say about it.

| I liked that the Gym and Sauna were open 24 hours, when you are on a bussines trip and do not have your regular schedulle you can still enjoy and excersise, and the weather was perfect for the Pool and Jacuzzi.

| My wife and I found this hotel close to just about everything specially with easy access to major freeways and backroads. Easy hops to Hollywood, seaside communities via Hwy 1, Pasadena and including San Diego and San Luis Obispo (day trips). Room is clean and bed with down pillows is super. Bathroom is also clean.

| This hotel is good all around with only a few shortcomings. The daily cleaning staff always knocks on or unlocks your door in the morning because there are no "do not disturb" signs to be had. The breakfast is a bit on the pricey side but I guess we were in L.A after all. Overall very happy though and will recommend to others.

| I chose this hotel since it was close to the airport. It was really easy to get to and from LAX. The hotel was fairly clean and the cleaning service was very nice and accomodating. The only problem that I had with the room was that it wasn't immaculate and the carpets appeared like they need to be replaced. The room seemed dingy and stale.

| hotel is a bit old but well kept. the room we stayed in was very nice and clean. the pool is small for this kind of hotel. parking is a little too expensive. i believe we paid 15.00 a day for parking. hotel workers were very helpful and friendly. would stay there again.

| Great hotel. Free Wifi in lobby and we could still connect to it in our third floor room. Noise from planes wasn't an issue. I actually only remember hearing 2 planes during my 3 night stay and only during the afternoon, never at night. The only issue is that if you have to be in westwood, santa monica or hollywood it is quite a trek on the 405 everyday, especially with traffic. If you have to be in those areas everyday I would recommend finding a closer hotel.

| I was very pleased with the service and comfort at the Westin LAX. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I do have to mention that the executive stay is not worth buying as the room is no different, the free internet access is difficult to access, and the free breakfast was over by the time I got downstairs. Stay in a regular room and skip the "frills".

| This hotel was very beautiful!! Very high class. They welcomed me, and didn't make me put a deposit down. (I had left my credit card back home! oops) Room service respected my do not disturb sign, and when they saw me leave the room, stopped me in the hallway to ask if I needed anything from them, or if I wanted it cleaned while I was out. One thing I did not like about this hotel was that parking for guests was $15! That made me feel somewhat unwelcome. It was also a shared garage for airport parking, so it was full most nights.

| I stayed there for one night only after a 10+ hour flight from Europe and was very impressed how comfortable the room and especially the bed was. All you want to do is get to your hotel fast, quick check in, take a shower and then sleep. And all of that was just perfect. The airport shuttle runs continously and the hotel is just great.

| Being close to the airport, I expected to hear a plane here and there. What I did not expect nor like was the fact that I heard EVERY plane taking off and landing. It kept me up the first night, until I got used to it. Everything about the hotel was nice, except for the noise.

| The Westin was a wonderful experience starting and ending with the valet. Check in was easy and the room was heavenly! The gym was packed with great equipment. Our time at the hotel was a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning in the near future to "get away".

| The good: the location was easy to find--a few blocks from LAX and from various rental car companies operating at LAX. The "Heavenly Shower" by Westin is nice, but a concave shower curtain rod providing an extra three cubic feet and an extra shower head next to the original one hardly qualifies as "Heavenly". The bad: pricing for incidentals. High rate for parking at the hotel, charges high rate for internet access, among other things. Service was average--seemed incompetent when two of our room keys spontaneously malfunctioned. Only provided one bathrobe for a two-person room. Forgot to refill coffee one day and high rate to use minibar for coffee. It's just your average business-class hotel. But it wasn't a dump.

| Heard about the expensive parking overthere, it's definately true. It's the most expensive parking I've paid, 50% more than Hollywood. Food is too bad and expensive, no convenient store like CVS around hotel. However, consider the price I paid, in promotion of 3rd night free, it's not so bad. But I don't recommand to came back if it's in normal sale.

| I usually love a Westin hotel. This one was not what is to be expected. Don't believe anyone who says you can't hear the planes...you can. Room didn't have the usually comforts that you pay for - bathrobe, big fluffy towels, not even a bathmat. $15 to park, $2 to make a phone call, $6 for 30 min of internet access. Trust me, save some money and go to the bargain chains down the street

| The Westin Los Angeles Airport is great place to stay. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and the staff was friendly and willing to help shutlle service was a little slow, but good. One downfall to this location is food there is only a taco bell, Denny's, and subway within walking distance, and the Hotel resturant is extremely pricey.

| This hotel is beautiful, great location. The staff was very friendly, especially the concierge staff. There is no noise from the airport. though it is so close by. There is a free shuttle to Manhattan Beach directly accross the street. My only issue with this hotel was the cleaning staff. When we arrived the bathroom was not completely clean. Also on one occasion, the room was clean and the towels were not replaced. I had to call and complain three times before they finally brought clean towels.

| The door rattled when someone on the same floor closed their door. The beds were by far the most comfortable you can hear airplanes all hours of the day and night including people standing in the halls talking at 3am at night. On my way out the shuttle bus blocked the entire exit leaving me waiting there for 5 minutes.
