| Since I am hearing impaired, it would have been good if the tv had close captioning on the remote so I could see that without having to raise the sound on the tv. Otherwise, everything was good.

| For the price per night this is simply a "closest to the airport" play. If you have the energy to drive a few minutes, use it for a different hotel.

| This hotel was a strange experience. The computers, including the internet access, were down the entire stay. The room was fine but any question to the staff at the front desk was answered with go outside and ask the valets. Surely the staff at the desk should have known where the airport is, as it is an airport hotel. The restuarant was as strange at it gets. I had to get up and find a waitress to get her to find our waitress who was missing for at least half an hour and no other servers would approach our table. Before seating us they had a long discussion about where they could seat us in an empty restuarant. The staff at the restuarant was untrained and unprofessional.The valets in fact did know where the airport is.

| Started off with waiting to check-in. Only one person at the desk with 4-5 guests waiting to check-in. Then I was checked in to a room already occupied by a guest. Luckily the guest was not in his room when I opened the door. Gave me no sense of security...that's for sure. I'll try another hotel next time.

| Overall clean and well-maintained and restaurant had good food. But ask for towels and confirm check-in time. We didn't have enough towels and the room wasn't ready when it should have been. Good value. Valet was very helpful and shuttle van was accomodating for our large group for evening outings.

| It took forever, I mean, at least 45 minutes to check into the hotel. The staff member at the desk was dressed in a sweatshirt and looked like he just walked in off the street to fill in the position. Not what I expected in such a nice looking lobby and reception area.The motel was older, not kept up that well. The room was okay; we had a view of a roof with broken glass and garbage on it. The restaurant and pool were nice.The conceirge service was excellent though, very friendly and helpful.
