Summer holiday season always brings big crowds, and it's easy to notice it during breakfast. But the support personnel at the breakfast area kept people moving. Staff willingly adviced customers of the use of the waffle maker etc. Best experience during this trip concerning the morning meal.

I booked this hotel for three reasons; proximity to airport, recently remodeled rooms, and pool. The pool was "out of service" and the staff was less than consilliatory. For business, it is a clean, quiet room with internet access. For a pool..call ahead. For service at the desk?..Go somewhere else.

Keep in mind this is a budget hotel - not a luxury hotel. With that said, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room, as well as common areas, were clean and nicely decorated, and the shuttle service was convenient and quick. One high point - the room I had was huge, it was a pleasant surprise. Only down side - the Jack-In-The-Box beside the hotel was closed when my plane arrived 11p. I would have thought it would stay open later, considering its proximity to the airport.

We travel quite a lot, and always ask for non-smoking rooms, but usually you can smell an old smoke or musty odor. This hotel had none. Room was spotless and smelled new and fresh even without being able to open the window like I usually like to do. If we are in the area again, I will definately stay at this hotel.

I stay often on journeys to Asia. Its close to the airport and provides airport service. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast has good variety...waffles, cereal, pastry, fruit etc. Free newspaper. Coffee maker in room. Wireless internet in rooms, as i recall. Best room pricing seems to be available thur the internet (I usually use expedia). Denny's and several 'burger' restaurants within a block.

I was put into a handicap room. (I am not handicapped. Usually I like this because the bathrooms are bigger. At this hotel it was terrible! There was NO shower curtain! I can't even imagine if I were in a wheel chair or other trying to shower while freezing. Also there was no water pressure. It was like taking a shower in the rain. I suggest this hotel look into their handicapped rooms asap. As an able bodied person I sucked it up and showered as fast as I could. Some are less fortunate.

Mom and I stayed there the night before she was scheduled for a flight back to Texas. The room rate was very reasonable, but best of all, the hotel is pet friendly. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to watch my dog overnight and we live 2 hours away from the hotel, so he had to go with us. The hotel staff was great and gettig to the airpor the next morning was easy.

We were traveling with friends. The plumbing didn't work in their room but they were given another room right away. The only problem we encountered other than that was a shortage of parking spaces. The restaurant next door was very convenient. Their airport shuttle doesn't begin until 5 AM which was too late for us. It was impossible to get someone to answer their phone so I had to call the 800 number to get a reservation and questions answered. I found that frustrating but everything else was fine.
