| What impressed me the most was the attitude of the employees. Everyone was friendly and co-operative from the valet to the front desk, to the restaurant personnel, and to the housekeeping department.

| Bed and pillows more comfy than your home. Delicious room service. Concierge and front desk staff that are warm, friendly & would say hi to you on their day off if you bumped into them in the street ! VERY laidback yet elegant and gorgeous. Very secure at night. Safe parking garage. High speed internet in the lobby was quiet and like your own office. Anything you need or wanted...all you had to do was lift the phone ! HEAVEN !I would live there if I could ! They earn every star !

| We just spent two nights there and were impressed with friendliness of staff and comfortabale beds. We have stayed in other hotels in Halifax and this is definitely the best so far.
