| Staff was friendly but not exceptionally helpful. Unable to tell us the fees for the attached garage, put us on the second floor directly above that evening's wedding reception which necessitated a change of rooms at 11 pm, which was fine since the first room's air conditioning made a hideous noise, and the bathroom drain wouldn't plug.Then tried to bill us again for the room in the morning after we already paid for it through expedia. Expedia was very helpful in straightening that out.

| A stylish and elegant hotel. You feel pampered in the heavenly bed and spacious bathroom. Did I mention that it is just a short walk to the metro, georgetown and Downtown DC. There is a lot to like at The Westin Grand.
