| The room was comfortable and clean. When I sat at the pool area, they were out of many supplies like mix for Pina Colada and Banana mix and this was on sequential days. Went to the restaurant and was told they were short handed -- reason for long delay in being served.

| The name Resort does not apply to this hotel and that place should be degraded to meet the requirements of its class. The so called private beach is not taken care of - whatever mother nature has provided to us. The most ridiculous was that you CAN NOT bring your own chairs or umbrellas to the beach and need to rent theirs for quite a fee....There is a so called Pool that is the size of the ones at 1-2 star hotels standing on I-95 where you can take a one night sleep from a long drive. The elevator was breaking every day and you need to spend a while to go up/down.

| Great service. Great location and beautiful rooms and lobby. Nice gym and spa (although pricy for what it is and they practice the nickel and dime policy with the steamroom for non spa user hotel guests) The pool and patio needs renovation. Otherwise a great value.

| Location is fabulous - 10 minutes from ballpark, on the ocean, tennis court is nice, swimming pool is wonderful, good music. Lots of restaurants in immediate area, and food value is excellent. The room was lovely, although it is a HIGH bed!! Overall, service was excellent, location excellent, and reasonable price for amenities offered.

| This hotel was more than we ever could have imagined!! Beautiful decor everywhere including the rooms. Very peaceful and relaxing place, not a noisy party atmosphere!!! Service was first class, grounds were well kept and the private beach was well maintained with very helpful employees. I would definitely return to the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa.

| Room was very clean and feather-top beds are amazing. No shortage of mahogony and marble at this hotel. Great business stay, but on-site restaurant staff could have been faster.

| Wonderful rooms, great view, good food. Love the town of Jupiter. Quiet and laid back. Beach Concession, chairs, etc, are run by an independent company and there is a charge for them, or any of the services offered at the beach. Thought that was included in the room charge since the hotel states it has a "1000' private beach"! They just don't own the chairs, kayaks or boogie boards on the beach!

| Jupiter is a quiet, serene, beach area and the hotel was a perfect accessory to the ocean. The coastline is clean and ample, perfect for long beach walks. The hotel has been updated significantly since the online photos and the hotel is beautiful and comfortable without breaking the bank. Staff was excellent, helpful, always available, and responded to requests quickly. A perfect quiet getaway- we can't wait to return.

| We enjoyed our weekend here very much. The Hotel is very clean and attractive. Our only complaint was they was not a hot tub and only a shower in the room. Other than that an excellent hotel choice. We will definately go back.

| Only flaws I found were bathrooms were ventless causing too much steam, door into room was heavy and stuck so you had to fight with it each time, and they did not remove the chaise lounge covers around the pool area when storms approach so even if the sun came out later it took hours before they were dry enough to lay out on them. I loved the bed with its pillow top mattress and feather pillows. We had no problems sleeping at all. Enjoyed the TV which was a 20" flat screen and the balcony which had 2 chairs and small table.

| This hotel property and it's service were first class. I travel often and usually stay in 4 star or better hotels. The Jupiter Beach Resort is stellar. The ocean view from the terrace of my room was wonderful. Room service was prompt and the meal was delicious. I am taking my family there this summer. My stay was last week.

| We first saw the pictures by way of expedia. Upon our arrival the hotel looked updated and much more modern. Pretty much we were satisfied by everything offered except there weren't enough staff members for the outside breakfast serving. Also menu selection was the same for Lunch and dinner. The Robes were so comfortable that we ended up buying them. The beache is kept clean and the staff make sure to make you feel welcome.

| This recently remodelled resort has tastefully decorated rooms in Southern plantation meets the (subtle)tropics style. The king-size bed was very comfortable and we loved the feather pillows. We had one dinner in the indoor restaurant and several lunches in the outdoor bar/restaurant and the food was always first-rate. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we were told the shore-line was widened by the hurricane last year. The only negatives I could think of were minor--the toilet paper dispenser that was epoxied to the underside of the sink in our bathroom fell off. We told the front desk & the clerk wrote our room number on a scrap of paper and the issue never got addressed. Another clerk told us the exercise room was on the 4th floor when, in fact, it is on the 2nd floor. A $5 per day service charge was added to our bill at the end of our stay for housekeeping, bellhops etc. This would have been fine if we had been told about it upon check-in, but we weren't. Management did remove the charge without a problem, though.
