The front desk man worked overtime, trying to swich out rooms to make it more convenient for friends along in the trip at the last minute to be close to us. The hotel is very quiet, and the courtyard buzzed in the early morning, with dozens of wonderful birds chirping away. The hotel is located next to any type of food you desired, although morning breakfast is provided at the hotel. It is not really continental, it has a great variety of things to choose from!!!

We atayed here for 2 nights with our 18mth old and were able to take the bed off of the frame and push it against the wall with no problems! Since we co-sleep and breastfeed at night this was very important to us. Breakfast was good, filling. they cleaned our room between nights and it was done nicely for us messy folk! The spa was SO refreshing!! Very centrally east side located. Only complaint was that we asked for towels and they never came.

The hotel is perfect if you need a place to stay in Tucson with good location, economically priced, and clean quarters. The breakfast venue was extremely well maintained, staff was friendly, and food was fresh. Tbe adjacent Denny's had friendly service and was a convienient option for economical late dinners.

Our family was checked in promptly and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes. The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast each morning. The food was very good and the items to select from was also good. The swimming pool, to our dismay, had a large cockroach floating around and was promptly removed by the maintenance crew after the front desk was informed. The hotel is conveniently located near major shopping malls and restaurants. The overall experience was satisfactory and will consider this hotel in the future.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were average. The sodas machines did not work. The first day there the coffee maker wasn't cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

be prepared for the continental breakfast being way too sweet and lots of white flour. Some days, no yogurt. Often ran out of orange juice. Brought my own cereal because of too much sugar.

I needed a budget hotel while staying in Tucson for three weeks. I found La Quinta clean and quiet and located near where I wanted to be. The inner court yard and pool area were adequate but not luxurious. The free breakfast was surprisingly complete in its offerings. The free membership to a local gym was also a very nice touch.

The only negative was I requested 3 rooms, all non smoking, for my family and only 2 of us received them. They corrected it the next night, but my son had a stinky room for one night. Other than that, it was a very pleasant place, nice courtyard, pool, and east central part of city (nicer area) And for you shoppers, a remodeled fancy mall just a block away.

If you want to be east of Tucson, this motel has the best location. We didn't see anything else going farther out on either Broadway or Speedway. Also it has the best breakfast bar we've ever encountered. Would you believe homemade waffles?
