| This hotel was very nice and the service was excellent. The bed was not the most comfortable but the cleanliness and service made up for it. The staff was always pleasant. Great location in downtown, very near to shops and restraunts.

| This Hotel is located in the heart of the city only 5 minutes from EVERYTHING. They boast one of the best steak houses ( Manny's) in the country, and a nationally recognized seafood restaurant (Ocean Aire) as well. The sports bar in the lobby is top notch with great food and many TVs. An overall excellent hotel, I stay there every time I am in Minneapolis.

| Was very disappointed - Room was not clean - did not look like anyone had dusted in months - mirrors in bathroom were flithy. We had to clean in order to stay in room - not what I expect when traveling 1000 miles from home. Would have left hotel and stayed somewhere else - but we were paid up through yesterday.

| We didn't spend much time at the hotel during our stay in Minneapolis, but found it to be very convenient to other spots in the city. Room service was prompt and satisfactory. Service staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

| The hotel staff was very very friendly. We would ask questions or requests to the front-desk from time-to-time and not always to the same person, but without fail, they were very helpful and informative and always with a smile. The room was very nice also, we stayed in one of the top floors and had a great view of downtown. Definitely two thumbs up.

| The location of this hotel can't be beat if you are doing business in the city or just there to check it all out. Very convenient parking and proximity to Nicollet Mall. Hotel was very clean, the service was impecable, and the room was above average with a great view of all the spectacular skyline lights. Would definitley stay there again!

| Only complaint is how small the actual bathroom (toilet/shower)is and how it is situated. Overall, the room was great. Had to call for some extra coffee and they sent up more than enough. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions to restaurants, the Mall of America, etc.. Would stay there again if I was going to downtown Minneapolis. One more thing, if you keep walking down Nicollet Ave., until you go all the way to the old looking bridge(it is a couple blocks past teh ING building), you will come to the Heritage Trail that runs along the river and from there you can walk around the river and see the falls..it is a beautiful sight. Then you can hit some of the bars/restaruants that overlook the river. Nice town!!!

| Beds were comfortable, but our room was much smaller than was presented on the visual tour. No micro or service bar. View from 11th floor was of overpasses & roof tops. Parking is a long way from the hotat lobby. I did not get a "four star" feeling from the Hyatt.

| For a downtown hotel, the location right off Nicollet was ideal for our weekend visit. King size bed was not plush, but functional. I've never seen a hotel room set up like that, but I liked how they created a semi-private dressing area outside the bathroom, where the sink is located. I wish they offered a continental breakfast, although they appeared to be making some decent money off selling continental breakfast items in the lobby.

| Reasonably priced hotel - very good experience. Clean rooms and attractive large lobby; friendly staff. We had our car and the valet staff was quick and helpful. Use of valet added about $22 to our hotel bill every night, so took away some of the weekend cheap rate.

| Although the hotel is a bit older than I expected, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The overall appearance of the room would be greatly improved with a few minor updates/upgrades--especially the comforter on the bed, it was worn and out of date.

| Health club costs extra ($11), does not belong to the hotel. Pool could not be used as it was overchlorinated. Lighting in the place is miserable. Everything looks gray. The place badly needs updating. Staff was very professional and courteous. That was the best feature.

| Parking is expensive by Minneapolis standards. Although it is on the skyway system the hotel is no close to downtown shopping. With a park nearby this would be a nicer place to stay in the summer.
