Hotel was O.K. but they did not give me a no smoking room,as requested or a roll-a-way bed, as requested. Just sprayed something to get rid of smoke smell. Still smelled like smoke. They did not try hard to take care of this situation. But, continental breakfast was very good.

Everything was very good with the service and the amenities provided. The only problem I had was the the phone could not dial out of the hotel. There seemed to be something wrong with the line since maintenance tried a second phone right away. I don't believe they got it repaired during my two day stay but I just started using my cell phone so I'm not sure.

It was a nice hotel. The staff were very friendly. If I take a trip to Seattle again I would stay there. It's near the airport so you will hear the plane's, but it's really not bad. You can hear other door's slamming, but after a while it does'nt bother you. I had a very nice stay.

The executel was well run and had a good feel about it. The swimming pool was very well maintained and my wife and I enjoyed taking our 6 onth old swimming in it. The breakfast provided was good, but had no variety. The week we were there it was biscuits and gravy every day. Our room was a little musty smelling, but nothing some ventilation didn't hurt. We enjoyed the stay. Good friendly staff.

Steer clear of the continental breakfast unless you like cereal. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were disgusting. The restaurant was less than mediocre. The halls were extremely noisy, people talking at the tops of the lungs all night, and it all came in right under the door. There seemed to be many large families with uncontrolled children. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

As a family visiting this hotel, it had a great indoor pool and hot tub! It would have been nice to use the sauna though. (There was a sign saying not to use pool water for pouring over the rocks to creat steam in the sauna. There was no container available to get tap water from the bathroom nearby). Also, the hotel boasts a fitness facility, when there is actually only 1 exercise bike.

The maids were SOOOO loud in the morning!! Yelling, slamming doors, etc. It was ridiculous. Also, we had very loud neighbors and the hotel staff was reluctant to take care of the problem. We would not recommend this holel.

No wasted space at this hotel; hallways, rooms, lobby, exercise room, and ceiling heights may be adequate but I would have felt claustrophobic if I had been traveling with a group. Lots of services offered and available but the building is starting to show its age. Although clean, friendly and lots of extras it had the feeling of being worn.

This was a comfortable hotel. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, on the day of my checkout, the person at the front desk was arguing with a customer on the phone. Although I had nothing to do with the situation, the clerk had a difficult time even extending to me to most common of courtesies (e.g., thank you, etc.).

Only two minutes from airport, but waited 20 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. Couldn't tell me how much a long distance call cost. Couldn't dial long distance using credit card, FORCED to charge to room and cost me $4.95 for one short call home. No answer when dialed for wake up call. No room service. No restaurant on Sunday night. Shuttle guy left me all the way at the other end of the terminal for my return flight. Front desk personnel too busy having fun in back room (except for one nice young lady). Room was fairly clean, however.

This hotel is loud. The airplanes shake your room, the traffic outside on 99 shake your room, the construction currently going on outside the hotel shakes your room, and the other patrons shake your room too with every step they take. For a little more money you can get a quiet place that has a real pool and an exercise area that has more than just two cycles.

Hotel appearance is pleasing to the eye and while using the indoor pool, chlorine smell is apparent but not over-powering; leading me to believe it is clean. I found a long, brown hair in my "unused" sheets, and a small bug also was found in those sheets. My 11 year old son found a beatle in the bathroom while showering. Could have been cleaner.
