| Excellent hotel to stay for a weekend. room service is excellent and the food great. Very nice area of simi valley and the staff was great. Nice pool. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going-on on the adjacent rooms.

| I stayed in more expensive hotel in LA but this one even if it is outside LA it is a really good hotel. the service is very good, the people are nice.

| The room was small but clean. The buffet was steam trays of food. So don't expect to order food there. It served its purpose in providing me a place to sleep.

| The only place I stay at when I'm in the area. It's a perfect location for all my needs, the people are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable! I highly recommend.

| Room was clean except walls in shower has mold growing in cracks. Also needs maintenance. Sink fixture was not secured to sink, wallpaper in room is coming loose, sofa is thread bare. A/C is noisy. Continental breakfast very skimpy. Two cold cereals, eggs, bacon or sausage. No yogurt, fruit, hot cereals, sweet rolls, cream cheese, etc. Restaurant service very slow, food is mediocre.

| Overall, I found my stay to be pleaseant. It has a nice view. It was near good places to eat and a mall was nearby. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, but I thought they were pricy. However, in the future they plan to open a Red Robins in the hotel. I think that would be a great addition!

| #1. We told we could get early check in and willing to pay for it. Didn't happen. #2. the room keys did not work upon check-in. Had to go back to front desk. Maint/security (whoever they were) had to try our key personally. They "just couldn't believe that the door would not open. #3. The elevator door kept shutting in my face. not too impressed with the place........

| The view was beautiful. Our room was noisy. We could hear the man in the next room talking on the phone. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had an odor, we think was the shower curtain.

| The room was fine. The breakfast buffet was very good for Atkins dieters. The bartender was not very friendly though. He must have had a long day. The view was wonderful. The swimming pool hours were limited as usual.
