| The Pavilion was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about the accomodations. Service seemed to be understaffed, though everyone was friendly. For instance, they don't store luggage and could not give change at the front desk. The bathroom had a corner, hand-held shower (no tub) with only a curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. However, it worked well and the bathroom was very clean and large.

| This hotel had been recommended to us by a co-worker. The hotel more than met our expectations for quality, comfort and price. We were even within walking distance of Rodeo Dr. and many great restaurants. Be prepared to pay $18.00/day for parking though. We would definitely stay at the Best Western Beverly Pavillion Hotel again.

| This is a small moderate hotel in Beverly Hills. However, I will recommend this hotel for it's location. Walking distance to shop and dine at Beverly Drive, and four blocks from Rodeo Drive.

| The front desk staff lack enthusiasm for their work. They don't mind making you feel like you are imposing on them when you ask questions, or are just there to check out. I witnessed one young female rolling her eyes behind a guests back, and I felt a pang of guilt because she was going to have to help me next- poor thing! I've stayed here twice now, and I'll go back for the location, but the front desk staff need lesons in smiling.

| The hotel itself was very nice and the room service food is to die for, but the mandatory valet parking and fee of $18 was irritating. You couldn't just run out to the car for something. Make sure you have everything you'll need before you hand your keys over, it's a hassel and a wait for them to fetch your car.

| Having stayed in multiple Beverly Hills hotels in the past few years, the Beverly Pavillion is now my hotel of choice. It is affordable and a great location. The hotel itelf is clean and comfortable although nothing fancy. The heat went out in my room and it does get cold in LA in January. In this case, the staff service was extremely average. Initially telling me to wait, which I had done. Then sending someone up to check it out who played with the thermostat and surmised that the heat didn't work in that room. He told me to call the front desk who told me that they didn't have any rooms but would check with the manager. Fifteen minutes later, they told me I could move to another room in a less quiet spot. I didn't need to get rude to have them help me but they didn't exactly trip over themselves to serve me. This is what I expected from the hotel. Acceptable service but not 4-star service. So if you are looking for opulent BH lobbies or bellhops awaiting your command. Go somewhere else. If you want a good deal and good treatment, but not great, this is a great hotel!

| Pretty basic rooms but close to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive as well as easy access to the Getty and Pasadena (Rose Bowl). Allows you to stay in a good location but not pay the higher hotel bills that you might expect in this area. Good for a stay where you will be out a lot and are looking for a place to crash. The room was more than adequate for those purposes. The hotel walls are very thin though and you can hear what is going on next door you have loud neighbors.Great view and pool although the weather was lousy over new Years.

| What I really like about this hotel is the location, within easy walking distance of Saks, Neiman's and other Bev Hills stores and restaurants. The service is friendly and fairly efficient, although my first night request for a replacement of the broken cd-player was never responded to. Rooms are comfortable. Great rooftop pool and sundeck with nice views. Major constructions currently going on across the street (Wilshire) so be sure to request a room towards the back. All-in-all, for the price, you can't beat it.

| The hotel is just in the heart of the business district of Beverly Hills. The room is cozy and clean, but the noise proof is very thin. I could hear someone talking next to my room and the heavy traffic noise from outside. This was one of things bothering me the most.

| The room was too small to fit two people comfortably. The bathroom sink was small and the counter was not big enough to hold my shaving kit and my wife's make-up bag at the same time. Wilshire Blvd is a very busy street crawling at a snail's pace during the evening commute and creating traffic noise at night. The bed was comfortable and the staff is courteous.
