| The Hotel was very nice.The only negative would be that it might be too close to airport.Noise is a problem if you are a light sleeper.

| our room was hot and would not cool down, we couldn't sleep because of that, we complained the first night, and the next day we were gone for 12 hours, hoping when we returned they had fixed the problem, they actually turned the unit off which made it worse. plus our room smelled so bad of smoke that we smelled like smoke after the first few minutes in the room. very unhappy with it.

| While my room was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the hotel had a free shuttle from the airport, the hotel had a seedy or "grungy" air to it. Fortunately, my room was on the 4th floor as there were young groups staying there that were drinking and making lots of noise that would otherwise have kept me up during the nite.

| On paper this looks like a great hotel, however the quality of what they had was poor. It is an old hotel, with ugly rooms, hard beds, and an indoor pool that is too cold to swim in. The staff was very friendly, and the location is right next to Allstate Arena. I would only recommend this hotel if you are looking for convienence, but I do not think it should be rated 3 stars because of the lack of comfort.

| A great location if you are going to a show at the Allstate Arena. Hard to get to parking and hotel entrance because of the busy street. Finding the bartender in the bar was a chore. Restaurant had a buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Adequate food.

| We stayed only one night at the Radisson Hotel O'Hare and caught a flight from O'Hare the next morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable, room service was speedy and well prepared, and the free shuttle to O'Hare was on time and efficient. It is a good place to stay.
