| Upon checkin, the room key wouldn't work. Was told, "oh yeah, they've upgraded the locks to all but 8 rooms." Toilet ran continuously. Complained and returned to room several hours later to find toilet still running continuously. I shut off water to ensure a restful night. Ice maker on second floor wasn't functional the 3 days I was there. No "out of order". No repairs...

| Although the hotel and the room was very nice the room service was awful...8 bucks for a 2 minute long distance phone call and 10 bucks for internet service...I was surprised they didn't want to rent a seat in the lobby...!!!

| The Hotel was nice, The restrant had good food but a little high priced. I did have a problem with the smoking in the lobby and surounding areas like hall ways and balcony. Needs better ventalation or make it non smoking. Meeting Suits were nice and well supported by hotel staff.

| Good hotel - clean, decent bar, etc. The price was very reasonable for the type of hotel. Nothing really set this hotel apart from others I have stayed at. I would stay here again next time I visit colorado springs.

| Our only negative comment is that we would have preferred a larger bed than a double. Everything else was perfect, the pool was warm and clean, and the room was clean.

| We were constantally desturbed during our visit. The Hotel staff was not very helpful or curtious. The prices just for an asprin were outrageous. The room was always kept very clean the cleaning staff was excellent! But 1 - 10 for the rest we would rate about a 4. The music in lobby played loud all night. The business people staying at this hotel behaved terrible and the hotel did nothing about it! Even when we had complained. Bad review!!!!!!

| all the staff was incredible, room was great, price through expedia was amazing. clean, clean, clean. i will do the whole thing again in a minute. food in room service was so/so but many options close by. the walls are a little thin, i complained, they took care of it immediately. left my expensive tooth brush and they have sent it back with no hesitation.db

| Extremely satisfied with this hotel except with the comfort of the bed (Very hard), which was extremely uncomfortable. Although this hotel met my overall satisfaction, the comfort of the bed gave this hotel a 3 rating instead of the Extremely satisfied 5 rating.

| The Hotel seems to nickle an dime you for everthing. The bed is not as comfortable as advertised. The food was terrible. You get aproximatly 12 channels on the television. The cost for internet access is rediculous. The shower was dirty and no water pressure. Not a very nice place to stay!!!!

| This quaint hotel exceeded our expectations after a marginal first impression.The facility is situated within a small business park setting, not alone ranch style as it appeared on the website. However, it does have a beautiful view of the Rockies. It also was convienent to all types of shopping, and the city of Colorado Springs was a perfect base camp for our day trips through the mountains.
