| What a wonderful time we had at Embassy Suites---my second stay there. It is such a safe place for children. Lots to entertain both kids and adults. I injured my back on our last vacation day and they were able to provide a wheelchair. The hotel staff was the kindest most considerate staff we've ever encountered. We will probably always stay here.

| The hotel was very nice...nice, big room, great breakfast, nice pool area, very friendly people. The only disappointing thing was the beach is not great at the hotel...current is kind of strong. Not a great place to snorkel.

| The rooms are a bit dated but still a lot of room for my family of 4. The pillows were way too thin and had no cushion to them. The all you can eat breakfast buffet got to be a little side show for my wife and I. It seems that most of the people who came to this hotel for spring break have not had a full meal for awhile by the way they were putting the food away!! The pool is great and the beach is very nice. The htel could have had a few more people walking around the pool area taking drink orders. All in all, the hotel was worth the money we paid.

| The hotel is beautiful! There are several great seating areas in the lobby and a wonderful tropical feel. The breakfast is all you could ask for. The suites are as roomy as some of the apartments I've lived in! We are already making plans to go back next year and will definitely stay at the Embassy again.

| This is a very nice place to stay, but they had no computer available for guests. We needed to print airline boarding passes and they were unable to accomodate us.

| Built in the 1970's this hotel stands out as a pink pyamid landmark visible as you enter Kaanapali. Pleasant reception with valet. Curtious staff although housekeeping did not come around until 3 or 4 P.M.. OUr package came with breakfast that was average buffet but was pleasantly enjoyed on an outdoor patio. Free 4-6 P.M. happy hour with basic local drinks, beer and snack food. We did not eat in the restaurant but were told it was decent. Good place for families with kids pool but that and the jacuzzi were closed during our stay. Tiles on the walkways in fromt of rooms were noisy when luggage was rolled across it and we could hear it from our bedroom. Convenient to Kapalua and Lahaina. Rooms had refer and micro that we did not use. We had newly updated room with marble bathroom. Rooms were spacious with king bed. In wall safe only big enough for watches and rings not cameras or larger items.

| The pool was awesome, the staff at the bar was great. The managers reception was a little of a let down because it was inside. The room was a good size and the location was excellent. Free breakfast was excellent. Great rainbows and sunsets!
