| While the lobby area was beautiful the room left a lot to be desired. It was damp and very sterile. THe beds were not very comfortable. For a hotel in this price range you would expect better

| They have a summer and winter setting for their heat. I stayed May 15, 2005 it got down to 59 degrees overnight in the room, I discovered the heat was shut-off. Had to take a shower without heat in the room. This hotel is starting to show its age.

| The air quality in the room was very poor. It was very "DRY" in the room and it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Both of the occupants had difficulty breathing due to the extreme dry-ness of the room. We had both stayed at this hotel before and both were satisfied previously. The next time we book a room in Buffalo we will think twice about where we stay.

| I went to Buffalo for a football game. The hotel was really nice, and a little expensive, but worth the money. When we checked in, we asked the woman about how to get to the stadium, the only answer she had was to take a cab. Luckily we asked the concierge the day of the game, and he told us about a bus service to the stadium. I'm not planning on going back to Buffalo at any point, but would stay at another Hyatt in the future.

| I checked into the hotel with ease and I was very pleased with how the hotel looked. However when I got to my room I was kinda let down with how the room looked. I would not have known I was in a Hyatt. The room was average and the television only got around twenty channels however the view was good. During the night I was woken up several times by very loud pipes making strange noises whenever someone would turn on the water. After awaking in the morning I noticed that one of my sheets were stained with a very noticeable fluid which looked like something from the previous customers. I'll let your imagination take you from there. As I checked out the next day I told the employees at the desk about the problems and was not even offered an appology. I will never stay at this hotel again on one of my many trips to Buffalo.

| If you have to go to Buffalo and need a downtown location, this is the only place. Everything else is disappointing and dismal. |

| I travel extensively world-wide and aroung North America. This is the weakest Hyatt Regency. The menu in the hotel restaurant is so so. There is a great, truly great steak house, EB Green's, which as a fabulous bar, with a great piano player and an extravagent selection of single malt sctoches. It was been evaluated as one of the top ten non-chain steak restaurants. The fillet beats the NYC. A great place. Buffalo has few choices, if one is there for convention center business. It is the only good choice. I have tried other hotels. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. Don't count on any shopping. Downtown B has nothing to offier.

| This is an efficient hotel in downtown Buffalo, NY. There is not much around it, in fact, there is not much in downtown Buffalo. The hotel is close to many attractions and the staff is generally nice.
