This hotel was awful.. Where do I begin.. You couldn't open the windows in the rooms-there were no screens on them and someone could easily climb in. It is very close to Old Town (a very nice little place- we spent most of our time there)which brings through a lot of traffic, pedestrian and vehicular, so there is always a lot of noise. AND There were roaches in the rooms. A bartender there told me that they're not doing anything with it because they're going to tear it down to build condos.

This room was the dirtiest room that I have ever been too. The carpet was complelety cover in dirt and behind the drawer, WOW!!!, bags of old cheetos, gum, dust, YOU NAME IT on the floor. It was a non smoking room but the sheets and comforter were burned by cigarrets. If you do not want to spend money on a trip I will recommend this hotel, if not stay away from it. I was there for only one night and I was so happy to get away

First off we had to switch hotel rooms 2 times. First, the maintanance guy was in our room fixinfg the showers when we arrived. Second, they gave us a handicap room and it was a stand up shower and water leaked into the bedroom. The third room was alright. Hotel need a lot of maintanance, however, it was a cheap place to sleep if you have a lot of plans for your vacation!

I have been to this hotel before and it was really nice. It was very bad this time. The a/c did not work properly, which is a problem in FL in June. There was not hot water in the morning and the desk was aware and told me I would have to wait till the repair man came. I asked for another room since 2 out of the 3 bldgs had no hot water. The desk guy got really rude, felt I was unreasonable to ask to take a shower in another room etc. Made everything difficult. I had the bill signed and paid in advance and then the charged me extra because I used another room for a shower. The building still has tarps on the side from 2 years ago hurricane. Poor condition.

Hotel is old and is in desparate need of remodeling. The walls of the rooms are very thin and other people staying here were very noisy. We often found it hard to sleep with people talking loudly and running outside our room at all hours. Housekeeping was also bad about talking loudly in front of our room early in the mornings. This hotel will do if all you need is a place to crash after a long day at the amusement parks. The location was convenient, but if you can afford it, stay somewhere else. The kids liked the pool, but it was often too crowded.

Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Wall light fixtures over the bedside table would not work. One of the bed's headboard was askew. Walls needed reparied. The door to the room was difficult to close. Hair dryer was broken. Clean towels and paper products were provided daily, as well as shampoo. The room was quiet in the evening. My next trip, I will be staying elsewhere.

This was what I was expecting from Days Inn. It is really run down. Trash in the dresser drawers. Mold and rust in the bathrooms. Outlit by the sink was loose so anything you plugged in usually came unplugged. Hot water was a gamble in the morning. Our door did not shut tightly unless you pulled it you could still see light coming thru. One day housekeeping did not shut the door tightly and we came back to find our door open. I may never stay at a Days Inn again.

About the only thing I liked was being so close to Disney. I didn't appreciate being told upon arrival that there was an extra daily fee being added on for the use of the safe and to make local calls. We did not need either of these extra's! Air conditioner was noisy and paint was peeling on bathroom wall. Also, I was not given an itemized reciept upon checkout. I sure hope there are no more hidden fee's on my credit card statement!

We apparently arrived too late to get a porta crib for my toddler. Luckily we had a room with two beds. The floor on the outside hallway to our room leaned down hill, felt weak and rotten while walking on it. The room had a foul odor, and the bathroom smelt as though the towels were used as toilet paper and put back on the towel rack. The beds had bugs in them. Not exactly what you want to walk into after a late, delayed two hour flight with two cranky children. Purchased the breakfast at a "discounted" price. Wish I hadn't, food was dry and nasty, as though it had been setting out for hours.

The room itself is clean. However, the breakfast buffet is not worthy to have. I would rather to have McDonald's breakfast. The shuttle schedule is too restricted. If you want to enjoy the night show in disney, please have your own car. But it's ok to stay if you will stay lots days and just want to sleep in it.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel room. The hotel room though was clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle service to Disney which was overcrowded, but not unbearable because of the short distance. The hotel is located within a very short walking distance to Old Town, which has cute shops and provides a bit of entertainment in the night. I would recommend this room for a short stay seeing as to the fact that it was very basic (no kitchen, refrigerator).

The first room we were in smelled like mildew. We had our room switched to another room which still smelled and had trash under the bed. The walls in the bathroom had holes and were corroded. The plumbing did not work well. The hotel was very noisy. The exterior had cigartte butts in the stairwells. The walkways made me feel like I was going to fall through the floor. We ended up leaving this hotel and moving to another it was that bad. This is the first time I ever had to do this in my life. The rest of our vacation was great.

Upon my check in I was not welcomed or told about the commodities of the hotel. The room was stale and had a bad smell. I had to buy a candle to make it bearable. The beds were at least clean. We found old socks by the bed. The bathroom was old and smelled like a portie pottie. The towels appeared clean. I asked the front desk for a iron and ironing board and had to give a 20 dollar deposit!!! and plus they did not bring it to me. i had to go the front desk for eveything.. no service whatsoever. When i entered the front desk area people ignored me and it took forever to get waited on. The pool was heated to hot and it was like swimming in bath water in the middle of April. The Tiki Bar was open to late in the day and worst of all there were teenagers on their senior trip there. They were loud, obnoxious, and their rooms were above ours. Warnings would be nice. It was not a nice experience. I had to find excuses not to be in my room. I felt grimy being in it.

First impressions are very important to most of us. My first impression with the hotel started at a rest stop just north of Orlando on the Florida Turnpike. I did not have adequate directions directly to the hotel, but I did find something at the rest stop that gave directions from north and south of the hotel. GREAT! I thought, until I followed the directions. They were not correct. After more than an hour of driving around and finally finding the Days Inn I discovered I was at the wrong Days Inn! The attendent at the desk told me the directions were not correct an apologized for the inconvenice. Need I say more? I care not to at this point.

I have stayed at many Days Inns across the entire east coast and was very shocked at the lack of cleanliness, and response to it at this particular motel. We asked the bedding be changed because it was stained and the bedspreads had blood stains and they just left a pile of sheets in the room for us to do. The bathroom was visibly dirty-from the tub to the toilet. It took 3 days to get it cleaned. If it were not spring break-I would have left and found another place to stay.

Yes, the location to Disney is good. And yes, it is one of the least expensive rates around. And yes, the pool is nice. But that's where it stops! There is no water preasure. It takes forever to rinse. The paint is pealing from the walls. The drapes are stained. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room smells like someone spilt a quart of bleech. The walkway outside of my room had decayed carpet and the sub floor was rotting away. I felt like I could fall through the floor at any time. The breakfast buffet restaurant was trashed, no matter what time you went. Your feet stuck to the floor. The "friendly visiters center" was nothing more than a high pressure time share pitchman who costantly wined how she was on commission and could not understand why I would not take her offer! Don't be so cheap! Stay somewhere else! You have been warned! Oh, did I mention that they did not give me my wake up call on my first day? That can totally change your plans when you need to catch a shuttle, or even worse, catch a plane!

Also lots of things to do within walking distance. Old town is great for families. Finally, they wanted a deposit for an iron. Most hotels provide this for free.

The hotel had a great pool area, but that was about all there was to talk about. The room was average. The A/C unit made so many different noises it was hard to sleep.
