This hotel is convienently located right off I-17. It has a nice lobby and restaurant. Room rates were more affordable then nearby name hotels but room was top notch.

The room was large and well laid-out. The hotel staff was very helpful. The bed was not as comfortable as we'd expected - a bit of a disappointment. We would go back though.

Was not impressed with the service! Daily shuttle runs 8-5pm only, bringing guests to corporate corrider only. Rooms were very comfortable, but we did hear freeway traffic all night.

I picked this hotel because it is one of the closest hotels to the Peoria Sports Complex (Spring Training). It is also right off of Hwy. 17 and easy access for day trips. The room was clean & housekeeping staff very pleasant. Beds not great - but ok for a couple of nights. The hotel has new carpet & fresh paint.

Cannot remember when we have stayed in a hotel that was so quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Large updated bathroom with nice towels.

After reading reviews warning of the freeway noise, we requested and received a comfortable, quiet room on the far side of the parking lot. With so many hotels offering free continental breakfasts nowadays, we were reluctant to pay for the buffet breakfast, but it was of excellent quality and the service was very good so overall was worth the 'extra' cost.

The hotel is situated north of phoenix but has easy access to the major highways. Accommodation are adequate, restaurant is a typical hotel restaurant. you have to travel about 15 miles to any major area with choices. Overall in a pinch this is a good choice, but if you are staying in Phoenix try something closer.

Everything is to expensive. You have to use a credit card just to get stuff from the vending machines. we spent $6.00 for three pops. There was someones hair all over the bathroom. They tried to charge us again. They rerouted some bills to the wrong rooms.

The Prime Hotel was a prime disappointment. The largest problem was the horrible staff, which were slow to greet customers, confused, loud, and generally unprofessional. The hotel staff was quick to blame their confusion and poor service on internet reservation services or the fact that it was a busy weekend in Phoenix. I would rather sleep in my car than deal with those people again.

The front desk service was very polite, which was nice. Our room was nice and clean and we loved the cable channels! (History, A&E) Most hotels don't have those anymore. It was such a relaxing time with no worries. We will definitely stay there again if we're in the area.
