| Hotel has seen better days. Clerk messed up during check in and room wasn't noted as occupied -- so maid didn't clean room, no paper delivery, etc.

| Hotel has potential, but common areas need to be redone. Brass bedframes are more fetching than functional. ATM machine spazzes out frequently. Maid service was prompt.

| I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of this hotel. The hotel is very charming and you get the feeling you are staying at an old stagecoach inn. Our stay included a HOT breakfast which was delicious and you can't beat the accomodations for the price. If you are someone who needs those extra touches from a 4 star hotel (i.e. valet and concierge service) then this place is not for you but if you're looking for a clean room with an attentive staff then this is the place!!!! We'll definitely stay here again!

| The Hotel provided fantastic customer service. The restaurant offered excellent meals and breakfast options. We will definitely plan a longer stay at Boulder and stay with you.

| Although it was the cheapest, the condition is very run down..not clean...plumbing didn't work and the staff did nothing to help, plus they didn't clean our room on the second day of our stay..bad, bad, bad!
