| The hotel room was not well maintained. The wall paper was peeling from the wall in some areas and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It is way pass time to renovate and upgrade the rooms. I cut my trip short and returned home. I couldn't stand to be in the room one more night.

| Had the best rate and was fine. I wasn't expecting too much so it met my expectations. Didn't spend much of our time there so for sleeping it worked.

| My family and I stayed here going to Disney and coming from Disney over Spring Break just for one night. The room was clean, beds weren't comfortable if you are used to pillow top mattresses. A good place to get some sleep and take a bath only, not to stay for a long period of time. On the way back home, our rooms took over an hour to get cleaned and ready for check in, therefore we had to wait in their lobby until they were ready. This hotel was the cheapest we found, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

| The employees were very courteous and very accommodating (changing our room so we could have wireless net access), however the condition of the room (the bathroom fan cover was removed revealing a burnt out motor which was NOT disconnected and the pull out sofa had springs popping out)and the cleanliness (we had a little roach visitor in the kichenette)left a lot to be desired. Maybe the regular rooms (non-suite) are better kept.

| I would not stay at this place. A "non smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke so bad we got it on our clothes. The suite was dirty and the oven still had oven cleaner in it.

| On first inspection of our room we were ready to leave. It seemed dingy and out of date. However, it actually was clean, there were enough towels, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Warning: the entrance is tricky getting into the facility and don't park in front to register or you'll never get out again!

| This was the type of place where some people may actually live longterm. Peoplewere hanging out in the stairwells and loud voices from outside were heard well into the late evening. The bathroom floor was so sticky, I had to wear shoes the entire time. No phone unless you paid a deposit. I won't be back.

| Although the Pensacola area is still cleaning up from the series of hurricanes, the deficiencies of this hotel were not hurricane related. Ripped shower curtain, ill-fitting sheets, grout where there should have been tile, dingy towels. It was a hot shower and a place to sleep, nothing more.

| Although this hotel sits on busy Davis Highway, you wouldn't know it from your room. I reserved a suite for the weekend; it was like having my own little apartment complete with a full kitchen, living room area and separate bedroom. The staff was pleasant and served up an extended continental breakfast daily. Most if not all rooms had a balcony, a plus for me; my balcony overlooked the pool and well kept grounds. This is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms were clean and suited my needs for my stay. My only complaint? Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and there was no fitted sheet, just two flat sheets. But for a location still recovering from hurricane Ivan, they are doing great.
