| WOW! Can't say enough, best sleep ever, Wonderful staff, starbucks coffee in lobby every morning, walking distance to best attractions. Can't wait to visit again.

| Room was in great condition. Service was excellent. The bed was the best part of the room. That was by far the best bed I have slept on in any hotel I have every been in. Everything is in walking distance. Soldier feild and the Planetarium is a little bit farther away but walking wont hurt you. We walked all around the city so no need for subway or bus pass. Only thing if you go the the Museum of science for the body world you need to take a bus its about a 20 minute ride.

| upgrade available... if you complain. if it s not your style, you experience non working lamps, loud heating system. but W hotel feeling is there ! it s always good to walk the corridors felling like you are in a discotheque !!!this W is not located in the busiest part of town during week ends but it s still great to be in the loop.
