| We had a lovely room overlooking the Inner Harbor. There was no street noise or kid noise. As we paid a bit extra for the 'signature floor.'--sans children! Hope more hotels take note of this option. Plus, the pool, workout room, sauna etc, is the perfect thing for the rainy day after good Victoria shopping. Looking forward to trying more Delta Properties.

| The Hotel is has a wonderful location looking out into the inter harbor of Victoria B.C. The view is wonderful during the day and even better at night. We were impressed with the warm ambiance of the hotel and the great service that the staff provides.

| Location excellent, easy walk to town, lovely harbor views. Pay extra if you have to for harbor view room, well worth it. We splurged on the 'executive' package which included good continental breakfast and early evening appetizers (didn't really need dinner !) in private lounge. We will definitely stay here when we return to Victoria (which, by the way, is well worth visiting).

| Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view in the harbour view room was great. It was very interseting watching all the activity on the inner harbour. The only drawback was a lttle noise and with the window open the exhaust from the sea planes would woft into the room. But not a real problem! Service was very proffessional and wait staff in the reataurant were extremely friendly and excellent service. House keeping time options were very helpful. We had an afternoon wedding to attend so were not disturbed by house keeping as we opted for the 2-4 housekeeping time slot. I hate staying in hotels where you get house keeping knocking at your door while you are trying to get ready for the day. But not a problem at the Ocean point. We have already reccomended the hotel to family for their next trip to Victoria.

| We just spent our 10th wedding anniversary there - without the kids!! We would LOVE to go back and take the kids next time. It was well maintained, staff was VERY helpful, close to town (walking distance) and shuttle service is available to most places in the downtown area.

| The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. We appreciated the hotel shuttle across the harbor AND the harbor ferry that was available. The room was very comfortable (thank goodness for the air conditioning). The LURE was rather nice (almost too nice for this small town gal) and the food was very tasty. The patio area along the harbor was very inviting. I only wish there was more seating available along the waterfront. The walk to old Victoria was short and pleasant, but we took advantage of the shuttle into town and enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to go back some day.

| Spent 2 nights here and can't wait to go back. Had a corner room over looking the Inner Harbor. It is definitely worth paying a little extra to get a harbor view. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate requests.

| Nice upscale motel very friendlly staff. Very nice quit area to relax infront of the hotel with a very good view. Large walking paved trail olong the water. The resturant was nice but mabie a little to nice, the menu was small and the food was a little to upsale. It did however have a kid's menu that looked pretty good. Breakfast was very good but a little spendy.

| This was my first time staying at the Delta and I was very impressed. The friendliness of the service staff in all parts (from the front desk to the restaurant) was a great change of pace. The rooms were very comfortable and they went out of their way to accomodate our requests. Sure, it's a little pricey, but I definitely would go back to this hotel.

| We had a short two night stay...this place is incredible. The service was the best we've ever experienced, and we travel a lot! Restaurant is under renovation so the menu at the hotel is very limited; however, there are many charming places to dine in town (only a few minute stroll). A room with a view of the inner harbor is breath-taking, especially at night when the buildings around the harbor are lit! I highly recommend this one!

| If you enjoy watching harbor traffic (seaplanes, ferries, water taxis and other boats), getting a water-view room here is a great idea. Hotel has good amenities and the pool just reopened after maintenance. The desk staff was attentive and the bell staff was very attentive and did a great job for us. If you have young kids, story time with cookies and milk is a great break for kids and a moment for mom and dad to relax.
