| I went last year on the Friday after Thanksgiving and returned this year the Monday after Christmas. It was really different. Apparently, the management was running a skeleton crew and not prepared for the crowd that was arriving. My daughter & I carried our own bags in and up to our room, which was overlooking the freeway and not the Dallas skyline. We went up to the "Dome" for a drink after arriving to unwind and were seated and not even given a menu. After about 20 plus minutes, we left and tried the bar in the hotel, which was closed. We finally got a beer at the coffee bar and then left for the afternoon. The beds & room was very comfortable, although there were some items on the floor that indicated that it handn't been cleaned thouroughly. I took my daughter for her birthday and was a bit dissappointed. I think I'll try somewhere else next time I visit.

| This hotel is very nice and clean. It sits right it the middle of downtown Dallas. The food in the resturant was not that good and it was expensive, but you can always find somwhere else to go. Visit the JFK museam, it is very nice and interesting. We will go back.

| The view is wonderful from any room. But, the downtown view is the best! The service is top-drawer. The room was spotless. Every single employee we encounterted was eager to please. This is a wonderful place for business or just for a fun weekend in "Big D". The restaurant at the top of the ball in reunion tower is the coolest thing ever! It revolves like a globe. It is fun and a very unique thing to experience.

| The beds of course were terrific, very comfortable. The pool was very tiny and felt heated despite being 90+ degrees outside (I went in mid-May). Beautiful lobby and plenty of vending machines on each floor. Less than a 10-minute walk to the West End historic district (lots of good restaurants, a little souvenir shopping) and the JFK museums. If you are interested in seeing a Rangers game, the stadium is approximately a $32 cab ride away. A shared airport shuttle to/from the hotel was about $16 per person, per trip.

| the only thing that I didn't like was that there wasn't many choices for restaurants.... Also the gift shop needs a change... Wanted just a plain black tee shirt with Dallas and could only find things with cows, pics, etc... Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

| The only drawback to this hotel is it's popularity. When football games are in town they stay here and that can make for a crowded and sometimes loud hotel. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

| Great Location. Impressive Exterior. Very close to Dealy Plaza and the West End District. Had a view of the Dallas Skyline right out my window...could also see School Book Depository Building out my window. They have a outdoor hot-tub on the 3rd floor along with a heated swimming pool. Huge atrium and very nice hotel bar.I also got a great price for the room...so for the price--I really don't think the Dallas Regency can be beat

| 3-night stay. Great business hotel for access to downtown Dallas. Very clean and comfortable rooms - well staffed even late at night. Small and cramped business center for copies/faxes, etc. Expensive wi-fi rates. Complicated valet parking if you are going in and out of the hotel.
