| Rooms are clean and well-appointed, if small. Staff was competent, customer-oriented, and accommodating. Restaurant was far better than expected for a hotel of this type. Traffic noise from I-635 (LBJ Expressway) is annoying if the room is on the highway (south) side of the hotel. The lobby, meeting rooms, and facilities are impressive. Location is extremely convenient to the Galleria Mall, Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Expressway. DFW Airport is a short 20-minute drive away.

| Once you work out access to this hotel, located near the intersection of a major freeway and a toll road, everything is very good. Plenty of free, albeit uncovered, parking; comfortable rooms; adequate meal facilities, and a friendly, accommodating staff. Location is convenient to both airports.

| All in all, the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms were well kept, plenty of quality towels. The grounds were nice, but my room needed a new mattress.

| This hotel is sort of hard to drive to (get directions!), but is in an excellent location to drive anywhere in Dallas for business, certainly better than downtown; also it is convenient to the airport on 635. It has big windows that give a nice big view, esp. if you get a high floor. It would be a short but unpleasant walk to the Galleria.

| The Wyndham was a convenient location for shopping and dining. About 15 minutes from everything...Northpark, West Village, Mockingbird Station, and right across the street from the Galleria. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay there again.

| Most of the clientel appeared to be business travelers and the hotel does a wonderful job of catering to them. I didn't need to rent a car because they have a great shuttle service. The restaurant and swimming pool are open early and stay open late, which was great for the weary traveler. And the Galleria--Nordstrums, Macys etc- is a ten minute walk away or take the shuttle.

| Have stayed here 3-4 times on business but the name keeps changing so was not aware when making reservation. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've found in traveling. I'm sure I'll be back again!

| We were in town for a family funeral, and being from Dallas this hotel is in the center of everything and anything you need to do. Very accesible to Downtown and the whole city. The hotel was very clean and our room was great, there were me and my husband and two children staying in the room. The staff was very helpful, and quick tell help with any requests we had. The restaurant in the hotel was great, we ate there every morning at the buffet and ate lunch and dinner there also a couple times. We travel to Dallas often and will stay there again soon.

| A good but not great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Only 1 sink so getting ready with 4 adults proved challenging. No free continental breakfast, no free internet, room faced LBJ freeway and was noisy at night.

| The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Further, there is no fee to use the business center as at other hotels. The hotel is located in a business district, so there are no restaurants nearby, but they do offer room service and a bar downstairs. We had a wonderful stay and would return again.

| This hotel has one of the BEST locations in Dallas, located in North Central Dallas it is 15 minutes from the airport, Fair Park, six flags, and the professional sports teams (rangers and maverics). It is also accross the street from the Galleria mall, I have been to malls all over the country, D.C., Miami, L.A. and this is by far one of the best malls I have ever been to. Everything was great about this hotel, price, location, service, EXCEPT the pool, it looks NOTHING like the pool in the pictures, when my family picked this hotel the pool was one of the most important parts as we like to swim, but the pool was nasty and filled with bugs and leaves (Apr 05), it looked nothing like the pool in the pictures.

| Hotel was very nice and rooms were clean and large. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Noise was a issue, especially at night, as walls are not soundproof between rooms. However, security was on top of the disruption as soon as called. Restaurant food was good, but quality of service. Overall, hotel staff need training in friendliness and customer service, especially at check in and in restaurant.
