The hotel is nice and is in a great location. However, the high price of parking was unexpected. The construction in the area made it difficult to enter and exit the parking garage.

The Sheraton is always a great stay. The rooms are very comfortable and large. Health facility is excellent. Staff is very courteous, even at midnight arrival! Only complaint was the bar closed early and I really wanted a glass of wine at midnight. Had to get the mini bar wine. Yuck!

This was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. There was major construction going on outside, but absolutely no carry over to the inside. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay in downtown Seattle. We were able to walk all over and grab a city bus when we were too tired to trot up the hills.

Room was veryu comfortable and reasonably priced. I didn't particularly like the bar. It seemed crowded and not particularly clean. Bar service was VERY slow. I also ordered breakfast in my room. A $19 breakfast quickly became a $33 breakfast when a delivery charge was added, then a service charge as well and tax on THAT total. I hadn't paid too much attention to the bottom line and also added a $3 tip to the waiter that brought the food up!

The hotel is under renovation. They are adding an addition to the front of the building. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance to all shops, Pikes Place, Space Needle and of course McDonalds. Restraunt inside the hotel, pool, work out room. Bell men are always there to help. I would recommend this hotel, very comfortable and quiet.

I've been staying at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel and Towers off and on for about 15 years. I've always thought of it as being reliably comfortable(nothing special) until this trip. Sheraton is promoting the comfort of their beds, and they're not kidding. Best night's sleep I ever had away from home.

This hotel had great views from the rooms and espeacially from the pool and work out room, which was on the 35th floor. Although the coffee in the rooms was poor there are several coffee shops on this block. the one the hotel has closes way to early and the help there is way less than happy to be there. Two nice malls, one with a fine wine shop, with in a block away. even tho the hotel was full during our stay, the staff did an excellent job seeing to our requests for service.

The only disappointment was that parking costs about $27/day. Considering the downtown location, it's probably fair.

Sheraton seattle hotel and towers was an extremly nice hotel. The room was very nice and well kept. The only problem which really wasn't a problem at all was the two out dated chairs that didn't look right in the room. If there would of been nicer chairs there i would of given the hotel 5s across the board. The hotel is centrally located, and is within walking distance to everywhere.

Although luxurious and overall well-kept, the Seattle Sheraton bothered me with its constant gimmicks to get more of your money. From the open mini bar in the room (a small card is your only warning of outrageous $3 Snickers candy bars!) to automatically charging you for a newspaper subscription every day of your stay, I became almost paranoid about money! (Not to mention no VCR/DVD in room and they charge $11.99 for in room movies!) There are never enough people at the Concierge Desk, but when someone is there these people are the most knowledgable. Otherwise a stay at the Sheraton is very comfortable... just be prepared to pay for that.

The Hotel is beautiful, most of the staff helpful. The front desk staff could use a lesson in customer relations. Rooms were clean, but not as clean as they could have been. Comfotable bed and the robes are lovely. Wait for the construction to finish or plan on getting up early. Nice views of the sky line and harbor. Definetly "Downtown Seattle" pricing in the restaurant, but the food was yummy. Restaurant staff was nice and accommidating.

Just got back from a 5-night stay at the Sheraton Towers in downtown Seattle. The location is prime at 6th ave. and Pike st. Close to Westlake mall, where you can catch the monorail and the buses, and only a few blocks from Pike Place market. We stayed on the 29th floor with an incredible view of downtown and the bay. The room was spacious and very clean. No complaints!

The rooms were fine, but not completely clean: hair in bathtub drain, area in front of sink stained with coffee drips and a bit dusty. They messed up the keys 2 times and we had to go to the desk to reset them. Lots of cruise types staying at the hotel, making for unsaavy travelers. The view was fine, the price was fine and the location was fantastic. You can walk everywhere. My other family members were more satisfied and I was. It is what it is, a large corporate hotel next to the convention center in downtown Seattle.

We stayed here for one night, my husband, my sister, and I, and we had a room on the 22nd floor. The beds were actually (for once!) comfortable, and so were the pillows (which NEVER happens for me and my problem neck). I would have been more comfortable if they had two queen beds in one room instead of two double beds (I don't believe there's a two-queen-beds option, FYI). The view was nice, but I must say that the hallway was extremely loud. I kept waking up in the early morning hours to doors slamming shut. Also, the "black-out drapes" are not black-out at all. Not a big deal though if you're an early riser (in fact, it helped me wake up on time, but usually I like to sleep late and I'd be a wee ticked about that). Overall though, it's a beautiful place. My husband had eaten at the Pike Place (Street?) Cafe downstairs before and had LOVED it. A little pricey but he would recommend it, though I didn't get a chance to try it with him. I would definitely recommend this place, but if you're two couples looking to share one room to save money -- forget it, get separate rooms and bigger beds so you'll be more comfortable.
