The hotel is very nice and is a great value. Although it is not in the most favorable part of town, it is very well maintained and you can get a lot of bang for your buck. The diner located on premises is great. I will stay there again on my return trips to Phoenix.

This is an old hotel. Though the lobby and pool area are fine for this level of hotel, the room was austere with the very basic of amenities. Not a place you would want to spend much time.

This motel was just an inexpensive place to sleep for the night - very basic and not at all fancy, but it was adequate and the pool area was quite nice.

Most routes to hotel take you through the seedier parts of town. Probably o.k. if you are coming directly from the airport. We had to drive from the far west interstate all the way down for miles. The Days Inn is the 1st nice hotel in the area, coming from the opposite way....Hotel is o.k. and a 2*... nice compared to area just past it. Just not impressed with location.

The people including the shuttle driver and the service he provided were great. Unfortunately our room had an odor that was unpleasant. Since it was a nonsmoking room I expected better. This is an older hotel, and parking was quite a distance from our room because of the design of the p-lot. It served our purpose, and that was the most important requirement we had since he had to be at the airport by 4am.

This hotel is not nor is it assumed to be elegant, it is however functional. The biggest dissapointment for me is it is located in an industrial area with not much around it.The rooms had a very small TV (13 inch), no movies and very bad reception. If you need to connect to the internet you need to find another place to stay, there is no in room service and the lobby kiosk is very expensive.
