| This hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the morning meal great. If you are used to a mid-level hotel and don't know where to stay for a fair price in the city, look no further. Lincoln Suites is conveniently located near both the red line metro and the blue line. You can get anywhere from here easily.

| This hotel has no grand lobby no bell hops. Just a small functional lobby with modern decor. However, the rooms were very nice, clean and well kept. The location was excellent and you can walk directly to the White House, or take the subway which is about a block away. They have a contenental breakfast every morning that you can take advantage of with yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, coffee, and orange juice. Nothing to brag about but enough to get you off to a good start. The staff can be a little more friendly but the Hotel, service and location overrides that. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back. The hotel is a great value when you consider the room quality and location compared to other hotels.

| This hotel is right in the heart of the NW district. It happens to be less than half a block from where I often do business. It is not the swankiest hotel in the area, but it is reasonably clean and well maintained. The clientele includes a lot of foreigners, including middle east.

| We would definitly stay here again. ALL employees provided wonderful service. The men at the front desk were especially helpful with arranging tours and hailing cabs. Room was spacious and comfortable. Small kitchen area was a plus. Liked the extra thick towels and nice soaps. As 3 women traveling together we felt very safe and looked-after all week. The aroma of fresh baked cookies every evening was very inviting. Located conveniently near Metro stops and within walking distance (about 8 or 9 blocks) of the mall and other important sites.

| If your just looking for a bed to sleep in at a low price than this hotel is for you. My room was clean but it seems to be an older hotel so things like the toilet, sink and tub were not brand new a free of aging. The kitchenette was nice. You will hear the street noise. The "Business Center" was very poor! The business center consisted on a single pc that was unreliable and slow.

| Location is excellent, between two metro stops. Shops, restaurants, etc. in area. Especially good for families or longer stays. Rooms have kitchenettes. Staff is welcoming, accomodating, and laid back. Only breakfast area could be a little more cozy, it's more like a hostel, but seemed ok to others.
