| Hotel and staff was great. Clean comfortable room. Full kitchen was a plus and the staff would even do your shopping (food) free of charge.

| I booked this hotel because of all the rave reviews on Expedia. It is also part of a family of hotels that has a sister hotel in my home town of Portland, Oregon. I assumed the same level of service at LL, but found that they were not helpful late at night. We took a trip to Alaska, driving up from Portland to get a good, less expensive flight. On our return, we got in very very late, and had to wait for bags. Our plan was to get the shuttle to the hotel, and have them drive us to the ParkNRide the next morning for pickup. When I contacted LL, they indicated that their shuttle driver had "just gone home," and that their service stopped at 10:00 (this was 10:05pm). No suggestions about how to get there were made, except to take a taxi. Since the hotel is quite far from the airport, this didn't sound like a good option with a very tired five year old and lots of luggage. Instead we picked up our car (from the 24 hour shuttle to the parking lot) and drove to the hotel. When I checked in, there was no explanation of the services of the hotel, or acknowledgement that we had to make alternative arrangements for transportation. The room was fine, and perhaps it's a good location if you are staying to visit, but I would not recommend it as an airport option -- too far.

| Great starting point, near I-5, Seattle 15-20 minutes even during rush hour. Our stay included outings to Mount Raineer, Olympic Pennisula. Staff was very friendly . The reasons I couldn't rate this hotel higher on condition ,cleaniness, were the Hotel needs freshening , paint. My room needed carpet cleaning, tile in the kitchen & restroom needed a thorough cleaning. Padding around in my white socks , they didn't stay white for long. That said, it would not keep me from staying there on future trips. The beds are extremly comfortable , the pillows are great. For those of us that have a hard time getting to sleep outside of our own beds , I'll have to say this the closest I've found to the comfort of home . I had no trouble getting comfortable at bedtime. The kitchen w/ full size refridgerator is a great convienance , houskeeping will even wash the dishes in the dishwasher daily.

| Other than having to wait for my room to be cleaned for 10 minutes (I arrived at 2pm but the hotel has a check-in rule at 3pm), this hotel is very nice. The front desk people are polite and very helpful.

| This hotel is beautifully maintained and the room was lovely. The bed looked so comfortable but was actually not that comfortable and was too small for us. A King size bed would have been a better choice for us. The welcome snack basket was much appreciated after a night of traveling. It was a very nice hotel experience.

| I was unable to make Spring Break plans until the last minute, since I did not know if all five of us could go. In an "eleventh" hour situation, I found availability at the Renton, WA Larkspur (very close to the Seattle/Tacoma Airport). This was good fortune. We had two adjacent Executive Suites (kids in one, my wife and I in the other). The accomodations, amenities and service were excellent (this info is accessible through Expedia). Each room had a kitchen, and yet an excellent complimentary breakfast was also provided, as well as two manager's receptions a week and fresh baked cookies in the evenings. The location provided good access to all of our activities, visiting old friends etc. I made frequent use of the computers with internet access in the complimentary business center. The comfortable bed and the six pillows of varying firmness enabled good sleep. There was some highway road noise, but the clock with the natural sounds options lulled us to sleep with ocean waves in the background. We had a great vacation. I was previously unaware of Larkspur hotels, but will certainly look for them in the future.

| I completely enjoyed my stay at the Larkspur Landing. The hotel staff were so friendly and seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was enjoyable, it was like being home, it was so relaxed. The room layout worked out great for my family. We were traveling with a toddler and having a kitchen was such a perk. The separate bedroom was a huge convenience as well. I look forward to staying with this hotel again.

| The room was very comfortable. The free breakfast was awesome and to have immediate access to the internet was a great feature. I rented a car but was happy to know that the hotel provide a bus to local attractions (Sprirt of Washington and the airport). It was a very nice experience traveling to Seattle and staying at this hotel.

| I had never heard of Larkspur Landing, and booked it online at the last minute; having no idea what to expect. The hotel was very understatedly elegant, with every possible accomodation for the business traveler. Loved the business center! The outdoor spa was nice and the bed was heavenly. Definitely a must stay again!
