This hotel is a 1 night sleep stop and if that's what you're intensions are then this is a perfect hotel for you. It is conviently located by resturants and shopping however the heating/air-conditioning unit is out dated and the bathroom wasn't clean. Not to mention, the bug that was crawling across the ceiling when we arrived.

As a business traveler, I did not like it. Room was small, room was not to my satisification. Probably OK for a family traveling on vacation.

We were in the area for the Independence Day Holiday. Our first three days we spent at a hotel that was over twice the price, closer to the downtown attractions. We were just as comfortable here. La Qunita was very clean, both the room and the pool. I am very particular about a clean bathroom and was not dissapointed. I wish we would have stayed here the entire trip just because the price was so great and we didn't have to compromise on quality. The room was a bit small for my taste but on vacation it served us well.

I stayed at this hotel last Christmas for two days and was pleased with the overall cleanliness and conditions of the room. The check-in and check-out were the fastest I've seen. The location wasn't as convenient as I would have liked, because I spent most of my time downtown, but otherwise I had no complaints. I was very impressed with their service because I accidentally left a coat in the closet and didn't discover it until I had driven back to Memphis. After a couple of phone calls they found the coat and shipped it back to me the next day with no charge.

We stayed here one night while traveling, what a mistake. The room smelled like dogs. There were unattended dogs in neighboring rooms that barked all the time. The desk people didn't answer the phone for several hours, and voice mail wasn't working. The room seemed generally unclean. This was our first stay in a La Quinta Inn, and I can't imagine staying in one again.

I have never stayed in a hotel so CLEAN in all my life. I normally take my own lysol and bathtub cleaner because I prefer baths to showers, plus I have a toddler who likes his baths. I never felt the need to do anything other than spray the remote control and telephone for germs. The staff was exceptionally friendly and there were more places to eat with-in a 2-3mile radius than you can believe from very expensive to all you can eat and fast food, super walmart and grocery stores. All of this convenience far from home made my stay exceptional and I will go back if I return to the Chattanooga area. oh yes-the swimming pool was clear as a bell, but it was not swimming weather. One morning I was late to the continental breakfast and the gentlman working put me a carepackage together to take back to my children. Awesome customer service!!!

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in perfect condition. The pool was in excellent condition even though it was freezing cold outside.

The hotel is convenient for pulling trailers, ample parking and pet friendly. The staff is curteous and friendly. The location is easily accessible to the interstate. If in the Chattanooga area again, I would most likely be staying there. The value of the room for the rate is excellent.
