| Our room was clean but not fancy, just what we expected. Staff was friendly. You can catch the monorail from the hotel. Great location, elevators were very SLOW. They have a huge car show upstairs which if you like to look at cars-it was great. For the money and location I would stay there again.

| The hotel is dead center strip so its near everything we walked to the vinetian and the belagio with out breaking a sweat. Also the monorail is right out the back of the hotel so it was easy to get everywhere. The dealtainers were great. They were fun it was the best way to play blackjack on the strip. the buffets and food were good. I would definitly stay there again.

| This was our first time to stay at the Imperial Palace and the other reveiws had us worried. It was the perfect location for our business trip so we took a chance. I whole property, staff and restaurants were great!. Our room was very comfortable, clean and safe. We didn't notice any of the problems other visitors reported. We booked for the value and not luxury but we got both!. We would stay again.

| This hotel has a good location being in the middle of the strip & great water pressure in the shower, an easy access to the monorail, but other that it was a bad experience. The check in was OK, but the room had wet carpet outside of the bathroom that we didn't discover until midnight the first night & by morning we forgot to report this. After we left the room that morning & returned in the evening, the mildew smell was overpowering. We called maintenance & they advised we get another room, as by this time the mildew smell was even in the hallway. They did move us to a room at the very back corner of the hotel, this room didn't have an odor, but when unmaking the bed before sleeping, there was a tag on the mattress about being reconditioned & used?YUCK! One bed was hard & one bed was very soft. You can't buy Coke anywhere in the hotel, not even in the gift shop.

| I stayed at the Imperial Palace 1/05. Before I left I read some reviews and was very hesitent about staying there. I must say I was pleasantly suprised. It wasn't the fanciest hotel and rooms were average but clean. For the money and being in the middle of the strip I would stay there again in a minute. Buffet lunch was good, dinner buffet was o.k.Don't expect luxury but if you want a good deal for the money this is it!

| The Imperial Palace in Las Vegas is prime location and most resonable amoung the middle strip luxury hotels.I find it very pleasant and central location to everything. Most of the hotels are now so large that it takes roller skates to reach your room, not so at the Palace, as it has a welcoming appeal and easy access especially for people with walking disabilities.

| This was our second time there. It is not fancy but clean. Rates were resonable.Great location right in the middle of the strip. The food was average. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they were very crowded with people checking in. Our rooms were not ready so we had to wait to get our rooms. Which was no problem we just checked our bags, and went to lunch. When we got our rooms they had upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. Nice surprise!

| When we first got to the hotel they placed us in a room that was still being worked on, there was trash, pipes, paint everywhere, there was no furniture and the beds were overturned. We returned to the front desk and told them about the room, they then placed us in another clean room. The location is great, right in the middle of the strip. We had a lot of fun at the Dealertanier Pit, where all the blackjack dealers dress up as famous people. They were all really nice and it was fun to watch them sing and dance. The comps were nice also, it paid for a lot of our meals. Overall for the price, its nice and in a great location.

When using stairwells the doors leading to certain floors were locked, preventing people exit of stairs. What would happen during a fire or other need of evacuation??

| Room is clean and spacious. Location is perfect - a few minutes' walk to Bellagio, Caesars, Bally's, Paris, Aladin, Mirage, Treasure Island, and Venitian. The new monotrain station is right behind the hotel and you can take it to MGM. It was free until Dec. 28, 2004 and then $3 a ride afterward. It's quite confusing to find the way to your room either through the casino or from the packade, though.

The rates are reasonable and the breakfast buffet is nice. We have stayed there 3 times now and we finally went to their show. We weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Also their dealers on the floor provide fee shows during the night which are fun for all.

| This hotel is old. The tub did not drain properly. We reported it twice in our five day stay and it never improved. The TV sound would cut in and out. These are two maintenance problems that should be checked and taken care of. The food in the TeaRoom for dinner was terrible. I ordered a hot roast beef sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes. The beef was fatty. My husbands cold roast beef sandwich was much better. We didn't expect a lot out of the meal since we were there at midnight, but I did expect something edible.I would neitherrecommend this hotel nor would I stay there again. The only good thing about this casino/hotel is its location. It is in the middle of the strip and we walked to every location we wanted to go.

| Rooms are poorly maintained. For example, both the sink and shower did not drain so that the sink almost overflowed just washing your face and you stood ankle deep in water in the shower. The hotel was like a maze, even more so that most hotels in Las Vegas. That wouldn't be so bad, except it was also very poorly signed. We had trouble finding our room the first time and the way back to the casino. We finally found our way and we lost track of how many people we helped find their way over the 4 days we were there. The casino itself had very low ceilings, which made it that much smokier and stuffy.

| The only problem was, on the first night, we checked in after a late flight (after 11:00PM), and the only rooms left were facing an outdoor bar, with a band playing VERY loud music until nearly 2 AM. The hotel told us about it, and offered to switch our room the next day, which they did without a problem.

| We were not expecting the Venetian, given the price, but our stay at this hotel left much to be desired. We paid for wireless internet access, one of the reasons that we selected the hotel. It was not available but for an hour at a time, then would cut out and not be available. We also expected to use the monorail to connect to the convention center, but it was out of order (no notice prior to our arrival). Other items not available included the pool (out of order). In short, a disappointing stay.

| I would highly recommend this hotel to the thrifty traveller. There is so much to spend your money on in Vegas, why should you waste it on a hotel. The staff at the Imperial Palace is very pleasant. They all are happy to help you in any way. My group all raved about the cleanliness of their individual rooms. We all enjoyed the strength of the water pressure in the showers. The food at the Imperial Buffet was "to die for" and the casino staff was excellent. They were helpful to a first time craps player and their was one casino employee who rooted along with our group as one of the slots was really hot. Thank you, so much for a great vacation.
