| Everything looked clean and in order except the heating and cooling part, it was not cool enough to have a good rest, the room was hot and did not cooled down until the midnight hours.

| The hotel staff was great, the continental breakfast a plus and the rooms were extremely nice and clean. The only neutral point, was the elevator size, a bit small for a hotel this size.

| Very nice hotel for the price. It was clean, fairly quiet, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would book again. It was convenient to alot of sites (and the airport). The pool area was kept up well which the kids liked. I was overall very pleased with our experience there.

| This hotel was quite satisfactory for our needs of a night between flights. The rooms were bigger than usual, and were quite comfortable. The airport shuttle had longer hours, which was convenient. The outside could use some sprucing-up which would give it a more favorable "first-impression". The breakfast was put out early, which is nice if you have an early flight. I would definitely use this hotel again.

| This was a stay of convenience. The hotel was clean enough, if a bit run-down around the edges. Staff was pleasant and cooperative enough. Beds were VERY hard. Serviceable, but nothing special (below the standard I would expect for La Quinta).

| traveling with a group, it is sometimes difficult to get the accomodations you desire, but not with this friendly and helpful staff. They even stored our luggage and got us a free van ride to sight-see the botanical gardens!

| This hotel is close to Phoenix airport, there is a great shuttle service, and there is wireless internet. It is not fancy but the price is right, there is a continental breakfast, and the people were very friendly and helpful.

| The exterior of the hotel needs some fix-up and clean-up. The hotel has internet access but no capability to print. Don't plan on printing your boarding pass.

| I stayed here because I had an early flight and many reviews said how convenient it was to the hotel. The shuttle did not start early enough (if you have an early flight, it starts at 5:30), so I had to take a taxi. Plus, the hotel just wasn't very nice - rough sheets, loud air conditioner, etc. Also, the staff was not very friendly or helpful, in my opinion.

| After an exhausting wait at the "newly improved" Phoenix Sky Harbor Rental Car Center that ended at 12:30 AM (2 hours in line), any warm, clean bed would have been welcome. When we were greeted upon arrival it was with warmth and understanding. We were quickly directed to our room so that we could rest. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Soda machines were available on all floors and the newly fixed elevator was handy. The halls and interior courtyards were not very secure, though, and if I was alone I might have been nervous. A continental breakfast was available but we chose the neighboring Denny's which was clean and served quickly. La Quinta is a quick, easy ride from the Rental Center. Even exhausted and from a rural area I had no trouble finding it's doors.

| You can leave your car at the hotel N/C while you fly from Sky Harbor Airport. They offer free shuttle service to/from airport. This is a good deal and convenient. Will stay here again just for this benefit. Double beds in room. Twin Queens would have been better.

| We found this Hotel to fair for staying for a night or two but no more. Cleanliness of bathroom was not satisfactory. The Air conditioner filters in the ceiling were in need off changing. Elevators were in unusual location. Bed was too firm for our liking. Internet service was good. Lighting in the room and bathroom was excellent.

| This hotel accomodated us and allowed is to check in early. I had a limited time visiting with my daughter and it took us one hour to locate the hotel. There are two streets with the same name on both sides of the freeway. The one you want is to the east of the freeway hidden behind a Denny's restaurant.

| It was just middle of the road, continental breakfast was a pre-packaged muffin and they had not put any fruit out. This was only 7 am and they had another couple of hours to run the breakfast, consequently, we ended up eating somewhere else.

| If you are looking for a decent accomodation near PHX for a fair price, look no further. Unless you are in an over-indulgent mood, this will satisfy all the needs. Clean rooms, free Internet, coffee machine, free shuttle to the airport, nice breakfast, friendly staff - Nothing to complain about really.

| Staff very professional and helpful. We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the hotel and then in the morning to get from the hotel to the airport. In each case, the drivers were friendly and helpful, on time, and very efficient. The room itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. The continental breakfast was ample. There was a Dennys Restaurant near the property which made it easy to get a meal. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. Would definitely stay here again.

| The room was roomy but the bath tub was stained and looked dirty. The continental breakfast was the biggest joke of a continental I have seen in many years. VERY limited selection and not well stocked. On the positive the bed was clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing.

| No microwave oven, no small refrigerator A/C air deflector's angle was permanently set in a way so that it blows directly to my bed. I had to turn it off & on several times... So much hassle...

| I should have checked the address on Mapquest - but when I arrived, I found that the hotel was on the east side of the airport - quite a distance from the Rental Car returns area (they do have a convenient shuttle to/from the airport free of charge, however). Overall it was a great place to stay the night & get to the airport quickly & easily early the next morning.
