| This was a 2.5 to 3.0 rated hotel; pretty accurate. It looks like they will be upgrading the carpeting which is necessary for they were clean but stained. Had no problem with any of the staff...they were helpful and respectful. Room was clean including bedding and towels. We weren't looking to pay for a 4 star and up hotel so knew what to expect. Continental breakfast was basic but ok...toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. The biggest plus as I said, was how convenient it was to 395 and to the Metro to get around DC. What I would recommend would be a few more shuttles; they were timely but only held a certain amount of guests which left some waiting for the next trip. We probably would stay again since we would rather spend money on other things.

| I stayed with my family here for seven nights. The continental breakfast was convenient and great. The staff was friendly and we were very satisfied. The hotel is in a good neighborhood and many good restraunts are nearby within a short driving distance. We rode the shuttle, which is free, each morning to Pentagon City and rode the subway from there. This made travel very easy. If you are using the shuttle, night time, after 7, the shuttles only runs once every hour and there is often a wait. I would definately stay here again in the future. It is a good, resonably priced, clean hotel.

| We had two rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. It's your basic hotel that is reasonably priced and is in a fairly convenient location if you are visiting D.C. and area. "Hot" breakfast not worth paying for (only complaint really). Fitness room consisted of 3 machines.

| We prepaid for the room, but had flight delays and arrived a day later, front desk gave us the key to our room, we opened the door the room had stuff all over, beds unmade we did not even enter went back to front desk they said we could try another room ( but it was on a smoking floor) got off elevator (odor terrible)in room chair torn, bed sheets very worn, carpet dirty, back to manager she told us the first room was being cleaned but we would have to wait. She gave us a vouger for lunch there at the hotel, the resturant was not very santitary, but we were very tired and hungry so we ate a sandwich. The night before we departed , I ask for a early wake up call,( they say no problem,) They did not call we almost missed our flight. The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle bus drivers, they were very nice. We will never stay there again .....

| There is no any comfort there. Awful smell. They do advertise a free breakfast, however do not offer coupons at the check-in time - you have to ask them each morning. Pretty cheap and annoying.

| My husband, two children and I were very pleased with our accommodations at this hotel. We wanted to spend a few days in town to visit with our older son who is stationed at Fort Meyers. The Army Post and Washington, DC were both easily accessible from our room. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
