| Compare to other cramped NYC hotels at this location you get a reasonably sized room at a prime location; whatever is the purpose of your trip. Even with European standards good room size (nearly 40 m2) and spacious well equipped and fully functional bathroom. Room fitted with all needed equipments like safe, mini bar, broadband connection for your laptop and a very important feature is the window you can actually open to get fresh air. Personnel is nice and paying attention to details, entire hotel is clean as it should be and the food is outstanding in all parts of the hotel; however the kitchen was practically been destroyed during my stay due to refurbishment.

| Our experience was extraordinary. The hotel personnel was courteous, the facilities are in good conditions. But the beds and as well as the pillows weren't good enough. The location is great. I strongly recommended.

| Hotel is located right at north end of Times Square. Easy walking to many sites to see. Surprisingly quiet in the room considering we're just above 7th Avenue. Hotel and room are immaculate. No complaints at all.

| I was so nervous that the room was going to be too small for four women with lot's of shopping to do but I didn't have a thing to worry about. We had a king bed WITH a roll away and had plenty of room for our suitcases and bags. The bathroom counter had plenty of room for all off our cosmetic bags and the make-up mirror was a big bonus.The bed and comforter were so soft and luxurious and the hotel itself was in the middle of everything. We all plan on going back and all agree that there is no need to look for another place to stay because this was perfect.

| Staying in times square was a great location for sight seeing. The hotel was conveniently located, had a warm, welcoming staff and a very confortable room. The concierge was very friendly and quite knowledgable, as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York for fun!!

| Fabulous hotel- great location- near theatres, wonderful service. Housekeeping even solved a securitytag on a garment emergency and wouldn't take a tip! Will definitely stay here again!
