| Made reservation for a room with two double beds for four people. When we arrived we were informed that they no longer had any double bed rooms. After voicing my total dissatisfaction, displeasure and threatening to take my dissfaction to their corporate office. The manager was miraculously able to find a room with two double beds. It is a shame that it took my threat to get the room that was supposed to be reserved for me and my family in the first place.

| The only thing that I found distressing was the music that was playing in the restaurant/bar. The place is classy and I believe should have classier music. I couldn't really identify the "catgeory" except that I would say, for the most part, it was annoying. A place that has Art Deco decorations should have smooth jazz or at least Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett. I almost asked the wait staff to turn it down a bit.

| Good location to all modes of transportation. Staf willing to go the extra mile to make arrangements. If there is a complaint, it is that the hotel does not have much within walking distance, with the exception of the dining available inside the hotel, as well as a McDonalds and a pizza/pasta place 3/4 of a mile away.

| The room was excellent but there really wasn't any 4 star service. No help with luggage upon arrival or departure. No one even guiding you as to where to leave your bags while you go park your own car in a parking garage across a small side street(no valet option).
