| I was not expecting the quality of the room or experience. It was a nice suprise. The room had all a traveler could need. The small kitchen was great and the work area was very helpful. I would stay there again.

| We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It was better than I expected for the price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a place to eat for Thanksgiving and the front desk clerk called several places for us. There were plenty of restaurants right around the hotel and the mall and shopping were very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

| The room is as good as any other in the extended stay class, but buyer beware: -Make sure you read the fine print if your travel needs are for flexibility. Apparently the hotel policy is to refuse refunds on early checkouts if the hotel is full. So, if you do not know how long you will be in town, then this may not be the ideal choice.

| Our family had an excellent experience at this hotel on our famiy vacation. We stayed there 6 nights. Most of the guests seemed to be people on business, so we were a little concerned at first on how "family-friendly" it would be. However, it turned out wonderfully. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. The other guests were cordial. In fact, it turned out to be a blessig that there were so many business guests, because the swimming pool area was virtually empty each day. Most days it was only our family, or our family and one other family, at the pool! Our kids loved it!

| This hotel is exactly what you need for a nice stay and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for 3 or 4 nights. The bradford market is the best idea I have ever seen in a hotel. My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub should be open to adults longer. I should be able to swim as late as I want to. I should not have a 10:00 curfew!

| Very good selection if you are looking for a "home" away from home. The suites are very clean and upkept, if you are staying longer than a week the sizable kitchen size and its appliances will serve well.

| I was very impressed with the quality, cleanliness and comfort of this suite style of hotel. Home away from home certainly describes the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The "Bradford Market" was great to purchase goodies and things that you may have left at home. The only down side I experienced was the quality of continental breakfast was lacking. Good coffee though.

| My suite at Bradford Suites served it's purpose as a place to lay my head at night during a visit to a friend. The suites are comfortable, with very clean bathroom and kitchen (including plenty of dishes). Service at the front desk was friendly, but not extremely accomodating. When I got to my room the hallway deodorizer was beeping, so the front desk told me to remove the battery myself. Housekeeping had also left something in my room. I also overhead calls to the front desk for towels ("You can come get them at the front desk") and for a plugged up toilet ("Plungers are in the trash room at the end of the hall"), so it was do-it-yourself service. But overall it was clean, comfortable and a good value/location.

| The hotel is good, they offer free high speed internet, local calls and 800 calls. The welcome brochure suggests that direct dial calls are 30% higher than ATT rates HA 8.50 a minute. They offer bath and body works soaps, stovetop, dishwasher, reg. size fridge and the staff is ok.
