| our stop here was just a quick layover to get to the airport early in the morning from our hometown 3 hours away. for the price, it met all our needs. parking was tight but found a spot on the curb. quick to get in and out of and on the road easily. would stay here again for convenience.

| This hotel is perfect for the business traveler, who needs a bed and a hot shower. With the bonus of free high speed wireless internet, this hotel one of my favorite airport hotels in KC. This will probably be my hotel of choice in Kansas City the next time I'm in the area.

| I've stayed at other Microtels, which, although they were not flashy, were clean and generally acceptable. The rooms in this hotel are truly "micro" and not very clean. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the desk clerk in the morning because he was running the airport shuttle. Not a good experience.

| This is a fairly new hotel that was poorly built and maintained even worse. The hallways and rooms really smell bad. we left the room's window open the whole time we were there and the smell wouldn't go away. We were booked for 2 days but left after a day, with no refund, because the smell was too much for us to handle. The booking rules said no refunds after we have already checked in.

| Complimentary breakfast consisted of cheap juice, English muffins, toast, and tastless mini-muffins. Room was sparse, but clean. If you want a cheap place by the airport its OK.

| The name of this hotel is an acurate description of the condition of the rooms, "Micro". The overall quality of the rooms was great, but when enquiring at the front desk for a delivery menu that was mentioned in the in-room service book, the service staff was unable to locate it. The provided airport shuttle was decent, but the vehicle looked like it had been involved in several accidents and needed repair. Finaly, the shuttle only took off every 45 minutes, which could inconvenience some travelers traveling at odd times.

| the towels, sheets were not changed on any of the three days. No new shampoos etc. the room was not cleaned, tub, sink or anything. When we reported this, we were told than they did none of these things unless we were there more than than three days. We feel that we paid for a clean room every day. we feel that we will not never stay at a Microtel again, ever.
